Abstract
Mutu pendidikan Indonesia posisinya masih relatif rendah jika dibandingkan dengan negara-negara serumpun. Standar nasional pendidikan penting untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Standar proses adalah salah satu dari delapan standar nasional pendidikan yang memiliki peran strategis dalam mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis standar proses mutu pendidikan meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian proses pembelajaran serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhi standar proses mutu pendidikan di MDTA Wasilatunnaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informan pada penelitian ini adalah 3 orang. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah standar proses mutu pendidikan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di MDTA Wasilatunnaja belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik. Selain itu, standar proses mutu pendidikan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di MDTA Wasilatunnaja belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik. Kemudian, standar proses mutu pendidikan dalam penilaian proses pembelajaran di MDTA Wasilatunnaja telah terlaksana. Adapun faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi standar proses mutu pendidikan di MDTA Wasilatunnaja yaitu buku pegangan peserta didik, peran masjid dalam pembelajaran, peran orang tua, diskusi, dan pembinaan. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu keterbatasan buku pegangan karena perlu dibeli, kurangnya perhatian orang tua, ketidaksesuaian metode pembelajaran, ketidakhadiran peserta didik terutama dalam hafalan, dan ketidakhadiran serta konsistensi pendidik dalam pembinaan. Kata Kunci: Standar Proses, Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Penilaian. The quality of education in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to other allied countries. National education standards are important for improving the quality of education. The process standard is one of the eight national education standards which have a strategic role in the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the process standards for the quality of education including lesson planning, implementation of learning, and assessment of the learning process as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the quality process standards of education at MDTA Wasilatunnaja. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 3 people. As for the results of his research, the process standards for educational quality in lesson planning at MDTA Wasilatunnaja have not been fully implemented properly. In addition, the process standards for the quality of education in the implementation of learning at MDTA Wasilatunnaja have not been fully implemented properly. Then, the educational quality process standards in the assessment of the learning process at MDTA Wasilatunnaja have been implemented. The supporting factors that influence the quality process standard of education at MDTA Wasilatunnaja are student handbooks, the role of the mosque in learning, the role of parents, discussions, and coaching. While the inhibiting factors are the limitations of handbooks because they need to be purchased, the lack of attention from parents, the inappropriateness of learning methods, the absence of students, especially in memorizing, and the absence and consistency of educators in coaching.
