Abstract

ABSTRAK Proses pemantauan adalah salah satu cara untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan suatu program guna mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal. Pemantauan memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap hasil program karena merupakan ekstensi dari rencana strategis yang diimplementasikan melalui mekanisme manajemen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengetahuan pekerja sosial, tahapan proses, hasil yang dicapai, serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat kegiatan pemantauan di Sentra Wyata Guna. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali wawasan mengenai pengetahuan pekerja sosial mengenai pemantauan, melacak langkah-langkah proses pemantauan, mengevaluasi pencapaian hasil pemantauan, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam proses pemantauan tersebut. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dengan memilih 5 partisipan sebagai sumber informan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa (1) Pengetahuan pekerja sosial mengenai pemantauan sudah cukup baik, mencerminkan pemahaman konsep dasar dan kualifikasi profesi pekerja sosial, (2) Proses dan hasil pemantauan setelah program pemberdayaan keterampilan wirausaha di Sentra Wyata Guna Kota Bandung sudah sejalan dengan peran dan fungsi pekerja sosial, meskipun masih ada tahapan pemantauan yang perlu ditingkatkan agar kualitas program dapat ditingkatkan dan tujuan pencapaian tercapai, dan hasil yang ditemukan adalah tidak terjadi umpan balik antara penerima manfaat dan Lembaga terkait karena tugas layanan sosial yang dilaksanakan pekerja sosial kurang maksimal, (3) Hambatan dalam pemantauan kegiatan pemberdayaan keterampilan wirausaha meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan waktu. Namun, di sisi lain, faktor pendukungnya adalah kemampuan dan profesionalisme pekerja sosial dalam bidang keterampilan, yang memberikan dukungan dan nilai tambah pada hasil pemantauan. Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan, Monitoring, Pekerja Sosial, Pengetahuan, Kewirausahaan ABSTRACT The monitoring process is one way to supervise the implementation of a program in order to identify aspects that are not in accordance with the initial plan. Monitoring has a direct influence on program outcomes as it is an extension of the strategic plan implemented through the organization's management mechanisms. This study aims to analyze the knowledge of social workers, the stages of the process, the results achieved, as well as the factors that support and hinder monitoring activities at the Wyata Guna Sentra. The main objective of this research is to gain insight into the knowledge of social workers regarding monitoring, trace the monitoring process steps, evaluate the achievement of monitoring results, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the monitoring process. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques by selecting 5 participants as sources of informants. The results of this study reveal that (1) The social worker's knowledge of monitoring is quite good, reflecting an understanding of the basic concepts and qualifications of the social worker profession, (2) The process and results of monitoring after the entrepreneurial skills empowerment program at the Wyata Guna Sentra Bandung City are in line with the roles and function of social workers, although there are still monitoring stages that need to be improved so that program quality can be improved and achievement goals achieved, and the results found are that there is no feedback between beneficiaries and related institutions because the social service tasks carried out by social workers are not optimal, (3 ) Obstacles in monitoring entrepreneurial skills empowerment activities include limited human resources and time. However, on the other hand, the supporting factor is the ability and professionalism of the social worker in the field of skills, which provides support and added value to the monitoring results.
