Abstract
The title of the research is "The Effect of Frequency Workload to Employee Work Stress at BKKBN West Java Province". In general, this study aims to identify and obtain an overview of the effect of workload to employee work stress at BKKBN, West Java Province. The method used descriptive with quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents with proportional stratified random sampling. Data processing was carried out with the help of the Microsoft Office Exel program and the SPSS program version 26 for Windows. Based on the results of calculating the general tendency test using the Weight Mean Score (WMS) technique, the general description of variable X is in the very good category and variable Y is in the very good category. Then, based on the results of the correlation test between variable X and variable Y, a value of 0.401 was obtained. For the significance test results, the tcount value was 3.190 while the ttable was 1.675. From these results, tcount > ttable, which means that there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. Furthermore, based on the results of the determination test, it was found that variable X had an effect of 16.1% on variable Y. In the regression analysis, the equation Y = 29.930 + 0.401 X. The conclusion from this study is that workload has a significant effect on employee work stress.
