Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran SBdP di Sekolah Dasar terutama materi menggambar ilustrasi. Dengan hal tersebut dapat memepengaruhi kreativitas siswa. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada peneliti tertarik untuk menerapkan media pembelajaran pixel art dalam mata pelajaran SBdP untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa kelas V SDN 169 Pelita serta mengetahui pendapat guru kelas V SDN 169 Pelita mengenai penerapan media pembelajarn pixel art dalam mata pelajaran SBdP. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kreativitas siswa dengan penerapan media pixel art pada pembelajaran SBdP dan mengetahui bagaimana penerapan media pixel art dalam pembelajaran SBdP menurut guru kelas V. Metode penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas V B di SDN 169 Pelita Kota Bandung. Temuan penelitian yang didapatkan kreativitas siswa dilihat berdasarkan hasil karya gambar ilustrasi dengan menggunakan media pixel art yang dibuat oleh siswa, serta hasil wawancara guru kelas V mengenai bagaimana penerapan media pembelajaran pixel art dalam pembelajaran SBdP. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu bahwa kreativitas dari 20 orang siswa, sebanyak 19 orang siswa sudah memenuhi lebih dari 50% keseluruhan indikator kreativitas yaitu fleksibilitas, fluency, orisinalitas, elaboratif. Berdasarkan pendapat guru kelas V bahwa media pembelajaran pixel art dapat diterapka dalam pembelajaran SBdP di kelas V dalam materi menggambar ilustrasi dengan cara menerapkan pembelajaran pembuatan karya gambar ilustrasi dengan pixel art kepada siswa. ------------- The problem in this research is motivated by the lack of use of learning media in SBdP subjects in elementary schools, especially the material for drawing illustrations. With this can affect student creativity. Based on the existing problems, the researcher is interested in applying pixel art learning media in SBdP subjects to increase the creativity of fifth grade students at SDN 169 Pelita and knowing the opinion of the class V teachers at SDN 169 Pelita regarding the application of pixel art learning media in SDdP subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine student creativity by applying pixel art media to SBdP learning and to find out how pixel art media was applied in SBdP learning according to the class V teacher. The research method was a descriptive qualitative research conducted on fifth grade students at SDN 169 Pelita Bandung City. The research findings obtained by students' creativity were seen based on the results of illustrative images using pixel art media made by students, as well as the results of interviews with class V teachers regarding how to apply pixel art learning media in SBdP learning. The results obtained are that the creativity of 20 students, as many as 19 students have fulfilled more than 50% of all creativity indicators, namely flexibility, fluency, originality, elaboration. Based on the opinion of the fifth grade teacher that pixel art learning media can be applied in SBdP learning in class V in the material for drawing illustrations by applying learning to make illustrative works of art with pixel art to students.
