Abstract

Kawasan Gambir merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kota Jakarta Pusat yang menjadi salah satu wilayah pusat pemerintah pada zaman penjajahan. Banyaknya penjajah pada zaman penjajahan Belanda yang membangun tempat usaha kuliner di Kawasan Gambir ini. Hal ini yang membuat Kawasan Gambir memiliki sejarah, tradisi, budaya dan kuliner. Kawasan Gambir kaya akan kuliner yang sudah ada sejak zaman penjajahan sampai sekarang masih bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, mengetahui daya tarik tempat kuliner di Kawasan Gambir, mengidentifikasi serta merencanakan paket wisata gastronomi di Kawasan gambir. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yakni metode penelitian dengan menyimpulkan hasil wawancara dengan narasumber, observasi ada objek di lapangan, studi dokumentasi dan literatur. Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada teori daya tarik wisata. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat beberapa tempat kuliner yang ada di Kawasan Gambir, tempat kuliner ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi Wisata Gastronomi di Kawasan Gambir. Beberapa diantaranya yaitu Ragusa Es Italia, Warung Sate Tongseng Sri Rejeki, Gado-Gado Cemara. Berdasarkan daya tarik wisata yang ada telah terbentuk pola perjalanan dan paket wisata gastronomi di Kawasan Gambir yang dapat dikembangkan oleh para stakeholder dan menarik perhatian wisatawan baik dari lokal, nasional, maupun, internasional. Kata kunci: Pariwisata, Daya Tarik, Paket Wisata, Wisata Gastronomi, Kawasan Gambir Gambir is one of the areas in Central Jakarta which became one of the central government areas during the colonial era. During the Dutch colonial era, many colonialists built culinary business near Gambir area. This what makes Gambir have history, tradition, culture and culinary. Gambir area is rich in culinary delights that have existed since the colonial era and are still surviving today. This study aims to determine the attractiveness of culinary places in Gambir area, identify and plan gastronomic tour packages in Gambir area. The method in this study used qualitative methods, it’s a research methods by concluding the results of interviews with informants, observing objects in the field, studying documentation and literature. This research is based on the theory of tourist attraction. The results of this study there are several culinary places in Gambir area, these culinary places have the potential to be developed into gastronomic tourism in Gambir area. Some of them are Ragusa Es Italia, Warung Sate Tongseng Sri Rejeki, Gado-Gado Cemara. Based on the existing tourist attractions, travel patterns and gastronomic tour packages have been formed in the Gambir area which can be developed by stakeholders and attract the attention of tourists both locally, nationally and internationally.
