Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang muncul di TK Swadaya Kota Bandung, mengenai rendahnya minat belajar anak kelompok B. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, peneliti menemukan kejanggalan pada pembelajaran. Peneliti melihat sebagian anak tidak fokus dan tidak antusias saat guru menjelaskan materi pembelajaran. Hal tersebut dapat diperkirakan karena pembelajaran tatap muka yang baru kembali dilaksanakan setelah pandemi covid. Faktor lainnya dapat dikarenakan metode pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi dan menekankan pada pembelajaran konvensional, seperti mengandalkan buku tulis, buku gambar, juga mendongeng menggunakan buku cerita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pembelajaran yang berlangsung pada masa transisi dari era pandemi menjadi pasca pandemi anak usia dini, melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament. Partisipan dalam penelitian sebanyak tiga orang, yang terdiri dari 2 orang guru kelas dan 1 orang kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara semi terstruktur dengan secara langsung datang ke sekolah. Kemudian analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournament (TGT) pada anak kelompok B di TK Swadaya saat ini belum optimal sepenuhnya, guru maupun anak masih beradaptasi dalam pembelajaran tatap muka ini. Namun, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT menunjukan adanya perubahan yang terlihat, anak lebih antusias dalam bekerjasama mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tentunya dengan rancangan permainan, dan menggunakan media atas dasar kreativitas guru. The background of this research is based on the problems that arise in the Swadaya Kindergarten in the City of Bandung, regarding the low interest in learning in group B children. Based on the results of observations, researchers found irregularities in learning. Researchers saw that some children were not focused and not enthusiastic when the teacher explained the learning material. This can be expected because face-to-face learning has just resumed after the co-pandemic. Other factors could be due to learning methods that are less varied and emphasize conventional learning, such as relying on notebooks, picture books, as well as storytelling using story books. The purpose of this study was to find out the learning that took place during the transitional period from the pandemic era to post-pandemic early childhood, through the type cooperative learning model teams games tournament. There were three participants in the study, consisting of 2 class teachers and 1 school principal. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews by coming directly to the school. Then data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models. The results showed that the application of the type of cooperative learning model teams games tournament (TGT) for group B children in Swadaya Kindergarten is currently not fully optimal, teachers and children are still adapting to this face-to-face learning. However, the TGT type cooperative learning model shows a visible change, children are more enthusiastic in collaborating in cooperative learning, of course with game design, and using media on the basis of teacher creativity.
