Abstract
Rumah Tahfiz Ar-Raudhah merupakan lembaga tahfiz Al-Qur’an dibawah naunganYayasan Rumah Ilmu Ar-Raudhah. Dalam prakteknya, terdapat mutabaah atau evaluasi yang merupakan hal penting untuk memanajemen hafalan santri. Penelitian ini dilakukanuntuk merancang mutabaah digital berbasis website yang memudahkan kegiatan evaluasi di Rumah Tahfiz Ar-Raudhah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembanganSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan 7 tahap pengembangan, yang terdiri dari: 1) Tahap perencanaan, yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan apa saja yang dibutuhkandalam perancangan website; 2) Tahap persyaratan, yaitu mengobservasi dan wawancaramengenai fitur apa saja yang dibutuhkan pada website agar sesuai dengan programdi Rumah Tahfiz Ar-Raudhah; 3) Tahap desain sistem, yaitu merancang use case, DataFlow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, serta rancangan antar muka berupawireframe dan brand guideline; 4) Tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakanbahasa PHP dan framework laravel; 5) Tahap testing, yaitu percobaan website oleh user menggunakan black box testing; 6) Tahap deployment, yaitu hosting website danmelakukan pengukuran usabilitas website; 7) Tahap operasi dan pemeliharaan, yaitumemantau penggunaan website kedepannya. Hasil uji kelyakan website menggunakanblack box dinyatakan layak dengan nilai 99,14% . Hasil pengukuran usabilitas mutabaahdigital menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) masuk kategori good dengan nilai 80,5%. Website mutabaah digital yang telah dirancang memudahkan proses evaluasi padasetiap bulan dan setiap akhir tahun pembelajaran. ------------ Rumah Tahfiz Ar-Raudhah is an institution of tahfiz Al-Qur'an at Yayasan Rumah Ilmu Ar-Raudhah. In practice, there is an important evaluation called mutabaah for tahfiz students management. This study aims to design a website-based digital mutabaah that manages evaluation at Rumah Tahfiz Ar-Raudhah. This research uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method with 7 stages of development, consist of: 1) Planning, stage of analysis of needs that are needed in website design; 2) Requirements, stage of observations and interviews about features needed on the website to be in accordance with the program at Rumah Tahfiz Ar-Raudhah; 3) System design, stage of designing use cases, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagram, and interface design in the form of wireframe and guideline brand; 4) Coding, stage of developing software by using PHP language and laravel framework; 5) Testing, stage of website test by user using black box testing; 6) Deployment, stage of hosting the website and measuring the re-usability of the website; 7) Operation and maintenance, stage of monitoring future website usage. The result of feasibility tests on website with black boxes are declared valid with value 90.14%. In addition, the result of measuring the usability of mutabaah digital using System Usability Scale (SUS) is in good category with value 80,5%. Website mutabaah digital that has been designed to facilitate the evaluation process every month and at the end of each learning year.
