Abstract

This research is motivated by the application of blended learning during the transition period after the Covid-19 pandemic. The main problem of this research is to determine the effect of using blended learning (X) which consists of face-to-face learning sub-variables (X1) virtual face-to-face learning ( X2) and independent learning (X3) with learning outcomes (Y) in history subjects at SMA Negeri Bandung. Blended learning is a learning model that combines conventional and modern learning concepts, blended learning is a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning that utilizes offline and online learning using information and communication technology. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational study. In its distribution, researchers used cluster area sampling to 400 students at SMA Negeri Bandung. The results of this study are that the sub variable face-to-face learning has a coefficient value of 0.264 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, virtual face-to-face has a coefficient value of 0.314 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and independent learning has a coefficient value of 0.204 and has a significance 0.000 <0.05, which means that all sub-variables have a significant relationship with learning outcomes. Based on the results of the correlation test, it was found that blended learning has a strong relationship with learning outcomes. Judging from the results of the multiple linear regression test, an R² value of 0.520 or 52% means that blended learning has an effect on learning outcomes of 52%. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a strong and significant positive relationship between the use of the blended learning model and the results studied history at SMA Negeri Bandung City
