Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan cyberloafing pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan total partisipan 152 orang Mahasiswa Psikologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua instrumen, yaitu pengukuran self-efficacy menggunakan General Self-efficacy Scale yang telah dikembangkan sementara untuk pengukuran cyberloafing menggunakan The Cyberloafing Scal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negative antara self-efficacy dan cyberloafing (0,419, sig.<0.05) dimana dengan hasil korelasi negativ menunjukan self-efficacy tinggi maka perilaku cyberloafing rendah begitupun sebaliknya self-efficacy rendah perilaku cyberloafing tinggi pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficiency and cyberloafing in Psychology students at the Indonesian University of Education (UPI). The research method used is a quantitative method with 152 psychology students participating. This research uses two instruments, namely self-efficiency measurement using the General Self-efficiency Scale which has been developed while for cyberloafing measurement using The Cyberloafing Scal. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation method. The results of the research show that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and cyberloafing (0.419, sig.<0.05) where the negative correlation results indicate high self-efficacy then cyberloafing behavior is low and vice versa, low self-efficacy high cyberloafing behavior in Psychology students at the Indonesian University of Education.
