Abstract
Proses penuaan memiliki dampak signifikan, termasuk perubahan fisik seperti penurunan daya penglihatan, pendengaran, keterbatasan gerakan, dan masalah kesehatan tertentu pada lanjut usia. Meskipun masa penuaan umumnya membawa keterbatasan fisik, namun hal ini justru mendorong semangat dan antusiasme yang tinggi pada warga belajar lansia dalam program pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi intrinsik dalam proses belajar lanjut usia, dukungan program pelatihan yang diberikan kepada lanjut usia, serta peran dukungan keluarga dalam program pelatihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Melibatkan total sembilan informan, terdiri dari empat lansia, empat anggota keluarga lansia, dan satu pengelola program. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan tiga faktor utama dalam motivasi belajar lanjut usia dalam program pelatihan keagamaan di Daarut Tauhiid. Pertama, terdapat faktor motivasi intrinsik yang dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman hidup, pengetahuan, kesadaran, keyakinan, dan tujuan pribadi. Kedua, dukungan dari program pelatihan juga memiliki peran penting, dengan dua bentuk dukungan utama yang diberikan yaitu dukungan sosial dan dukungan non-sosial. Ketiga, dukungan keluarga juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan, meliputi support, informasi, arahan, kepedulian, bantuan, keperluan. The aging process has significant impacts, including physical changes such as decreased vision, hearing, movement limitations, and certain health problems in the elderly. Although aging generally brings physical limitations, it encourages high enthusiasm and enthusiasm in elderly learners in training programs. This study aims to find out the intrinsic motivation in the learning process of the elderly, the support of the training program provided to the elderly, and the role of family support in the training program. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Involving a total of nine informants, consisting of four elderly people, four elderly family members, and one program manager. The results of this study illustrate three main factors in elderly learning motivation in religious training programs at Daarut Tauhiid. First, there are intrinsic motivation factors influenced by life experiences, knowledge, awareness, beliefs, and personal goals. Second, support from the training program also plays an important role, with two main forms of support provided: social support and non-social support. Third, family support also contributed significantly, including of support, information, direction, care, and assistance.
