Abstract

ABSTRAK Perilaku mengganggu siswa selalu ditemukan oleh guru di dalam kelas baik di setiap jenjang persekolahan, distruptive classroom behaviors (DCB) merupakan tantangan yang menjadi permasalahan di dalam kelas, perlu adanya strategi pengelolaan kelas yang baik yang di lakukan oleh guru mata pelajaran PKN yang materi pembelajarannya mengajarkan tentang nilai, norma serta tanggung jawab dan moral, maka perlunya adanya strategi oleh guru PKN untuk menghadapi perilaku mengganggu siswa di kelas tersebut. Penelitian yang berjudul “Strategi Guru PKN Dalam Pengelolaan Kelas Untuk Menghadapi Perilaku Distruptive Classroom Behaviors (DCB) Siswa SMP (Studi Deskriptif Pada Siswa SMP Negeri 14 Bandung)” bertujuan untuk mencari tau bagaimana strategi guru PKN dalam mengelola kelas, mengetahui perilaku mengganggu di dalam kelas yang siswa lakukan, dan mengetahui hambatan dan upaya yang di lakukan oleh guru PKN dalam prosesnya Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi secara langsung terhadap guru PKN. Hasil penelitian ini yakni strategi pengelolaan kelas yang di gunakan guru PKN dengan melihat berbagai macam faktor dan juga melihat berbagai sudut pandang untuk menghadapi perilaku distruptive classroom behaviors siswa SMPN 14 Bandung. Semoga Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi guru, calon guru PKN, mahasiswa dan program studi pendidikan kewarganegaraan Kata kunci : pengelolaan kelas, distruptive classroom behaviors, strategi, guru PKN ABSTRACT Disturbing student behavior is always found by teachers in the classroom both at every level of schooling, disruptive classroom behaviors (DCB) are challenges that become problems in the classroom, there needs to be a good classroom management strategy carried out by PKN subject teachers whose learning materials teach regarding values, norms and responsibilities and morals, it is necessary to have a strategy by PKN teachers to deal with disruptive behavior of students in the class. The research entitled "Strategies for PKN Teachers in Classroom Management to Deal with Disruptive Classroom Behaviors (DCB) of Middle School Students (Descriptive Study on Students of SMP Negeri 14 Bandung)" aims to find out how PKN teacher strategies in managing classes, knowing disruptive behavior in class what students do, and find out the obstacles and efforts made by PKN teachers in the process. To answer these questions, data collection was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach method. Observations, interviews and direct documentation of PKN teachers. The results of this study are the classroom management strategies used by PKN teachers by looking at various factors and also looking at various points of view to deal with disruptive classroom behaviors of SMPN 14 Bandung students.
