Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penyelenggaraan pembelajaran keterampilan di madrasah aliyah yang bertujuan agar lulusan madrasah dapat bersaing di dunia kerja ketika tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Bandung sebagai MAN Plus Keterampilan, yang berdasarkan data sekolah tersebut pada tahun 2021 terlihat persentase lulusannya yang masuk ke dunia kerja linier dengan program keterampilan masih terbilang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasi gambaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan di sekolah tersebut untuk memahami rendahnya para lulusan program keterampilan yang diterima di dunia kerja liner. Penelitian ini meliputi aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran di kelas keterampilan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman, mulai dari pengumpulan data, melakukan reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya implementasi pembelajaran keterampilan dalam membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan yang diselenggarakan di madrasah. Implementasi pembelajaran keterampilan telah direncanakan dalam silabus dan rencana pembelajaran yang disusun oleh guru-guru pengampu program keterampilan menggunakan berbagai metode pembelajaran seperti ceramah dan demonstrasi agar materi pembelajaran tersampaikan dengan baik. Penilaian hasil pembelajaran keterampilan dilakukan sama dengan penilaian mata pelajaran umum, namun ada tambahan pilihan penilaian dalam bentuk penugasan portofolio. Dengan mengetahui akan pentingnya uji kompetensi dengan pihak yang berkompeten, pihak sekolah memberikan perhatian lebih kepada uji kompetensi peserta didik keterampilan. Ditemukan juga hambatan yaitu keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan enam jam pelajaran keterampilan. Upaya dalam mengatasi hal tersebut adalah membagi aktivitas pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan pelaksanaan teori dan praktik. This research is motivated by the implementation of vocational learning at madrasah aliyah which aims to ensure that madrasah graduates can compete in the world of work when they do not continue their education to a higher level. The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bandung City as a madrasa plus vocational school, which based on data from this school in 2021 shows that the percentage of graduates entering the world of linear work with vocational programs is still relatively low. The aim of this research is to examine, analyze and interpret the description of the implementation of vocational learning at the school to understand the low rate of vocational program graduates being accepted into the world of line work. This research covers aspects of lesson planning, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning in the vocational program class. A qualitative approach was used in this research with descriptive methods and Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques, starting from collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there is an implementation of vocational learning in equipping students with the skills held in madrasas. The implementation of vocational learning has been planned in the syllabus and lesson plans prepared by the teachers supporting the vocational program. Various learning methods have been implemented, such as lectures and demonstrations so that the learning material is conveyed properly. The assessment of the learning outcomes of the vocational program is carried out in the same way as the assessment of general subjects, but there are additional assessment options in the form of portfolio. By knowing the importance of competency testing with competent parties, the school pays more attention to the competency tests of students' skills. Obstacles were also found, namely the limited time for implementing the six-hour skills curriculum. Efforts to overcome this is to divide learning activities based on the needs of the implementation of theory and practice.
