Abstract

Pentingnya perkembangan motorik dapat melatih anak untuk terus berkembang. Salah satunya pada perkambangan motorik halus. Media playdough adalah media yang dapat menstimulasi kemampuan motorik halus anak. PAUD BBIS sudah melakukan kegiatan menggunakan playdough untuk mengembangkan keterampilanmotorik halus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dideskripsikannya langkah-langkah penggunaan media playdough untuk mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Bina Bangsa Islamic School dan hasil pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media playdough. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Partisipasi penelitian adalah anak kelas B Muharram dan guru kelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media playdough di kelas B PAUD BBIS, terdapat terdapat 6 langkah yakni: (1) guru mengidentifikasi pelajaran, (2) guru menyiapkan playough, (3) guru memperkenalkan playough, (4) guru Membagi anak menjadi kelompok kecil (5) guru membagikan adonan, (6) guru mengajak anak membuat bentuk bebas. Setelah media playdough digunakan, keterampilan motorik halus anak sudah cukup berkembang dengan baik. Penelitian ini direkomendasikan bahwa media playdough dapat mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak. The importance of motor development can train children to develop further develop. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. descriptive method. The research participants were class B Muharram children and class teachers. The findings of this study are the use of playdough media in class B PAUD BBIS, there are 6 steps, namely: (1) The teacher identifies the lesson, (2)the teacher prepares the playdough, (3) the teacher introduces the playdough, (4) the teacher divides the children into small groups, (5) the teacher distributes the dough, (6) the teacher invites the children to make free shapes. This research recommends that playdough materials can develop children's fine motor skills.
