Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ticketing di kelas XI ULP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Proses pembelajaran pada program keahlian ticketing di kelas tersebut masih menghadapi masalah, salah satunya adalah belum optimalnya proses belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar yang diperoleh tidak memuaskan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) sebagai solusi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan belajar mandiri siswa dan meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap materi pelajaran. Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar mandiri, memecahkan masalah, dan mencari sumber pembelajaran yang terbaik dalam rangka memahami dan menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, model PBL diterapkan pada mata pelajaran ticketing di kelas XI ULP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Setelah penerapan model PBL, hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Pada siklus I, presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 67%, kemudian meningkat menjadi 69% pada siklus II, dan akhirnya mencapai 100% pada siklus III. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara bertahap. Selain itu, aktivitas siswa juga meningkat setiap siklus dengan penggunaan media yang berbeda. Penerapan model PBL dengan media audio visual, seperti video, dinilai lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa selama pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PBL merupakan alternatif pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa pada mata pelajaran ticketing di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Model PBL membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan belajar mandiri, memahami konsep-konsep, dan mengatasi masalah-masalah dalam situasi dunia kerja yang berbeda. Model ini juga memberikan variasi dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga siswa lebih aktif dan terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Hasil Belajar, Ticketing This study aims to overcome the problem of low student learning outcomes in the ticketing subject in class XI ULP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The learning process in the ticketing expertise program in this class still faces problems, one of which is the not yet optimal student learning process in learning so that the learning outcomes obtained are not satisfactory. This study uses the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model as a solution to develop students' independent learning abilities and improve their understanding of the subject matter. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) model allows students to learn independently, solve problems, and find the best learning resources in order to understand and solve the problems they face. This study used the Class Action Research (PTK) method. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, interviews, field notes, and documentation. In this study, the PBL model was applied to ticketing subjects in class XI ULP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. After implementing the PBL model, student learning outcomes experienced a significant increase. In cycle I, the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes reached 67%, then increased to 69% in cycle II, and finally reached 100% in cycle III. This shows that the application of the PBL model succeeded in increasing student learning outcomes gradually. In addition, student activity also increases each cycle with the use of different media. The application of the PBL model with audio-visual media, such as video, is considered more effective in increasing student motivation and participation during learning. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the PBL model is an effective learning alternative to improve learning outcomes and student motivation in the ticketing subject at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The PBL model helps students develop independent learning skills, understand concepts, and solve problems in different world of work situations. This model also provides variations in the learning process, so that students are more active and involved in learning. Keywords : Problem Based Learning, Student Learning Outcomes, Ticketing
