Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya kemampuan kompetensi pengetahuan mengajar guru sejarah berbasis teknologi yaitu kemampuan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) melalui MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) di Kabupaten Sumedang yang cukup bervariasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua guru-guru sejarah SMA yang tergabung kedalam keanggotaan MGMP Sejarah di Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian survei deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyal 30 orang guru sejarah. Selain itu menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuisioner yang mengukur skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan TPACK sudah dimiliki dan diaplikasikan guru sejarah di kabupaten Sumedang terhadap proses pembelajaran sejarah. Kegiatan dari forum MGMP sejarah sebagai penunjang kemampuan TPACK guru sejarah di Kabupaten Sumedang dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik dan efektif, MGMP sejarah Kabupaten Sumedang sendiri mempunyai program kerja rutin dan program kerja penunjang. Dari program kegiatan tersebut berpengaruh dalam mengembangkan kemampuan TPACK guru sejarah di kabupaten Sumedang. Pemahaman TPACK guru sejarah di Kabupaten Sumedang masih dalam kategori tumbuh dan berkembang. Tingkat pencapaian responden pada angket kompetensi TPACK guru diperoleh kategori dengan hasil rata-rata baik. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru sejarah dalam penggunaan TPACK dan bagaimana mengintegrasikan teknologi kedalam pembelajaran sejarah masih berupa kendala dalam pemerataan teknologi antara guru dan peserta didik. The background of this research is the ability to teach knowledge competence of technology-based history teachers, namely the ability of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) through the MGMP (Subject Teacher Consultation) in Sumedang Regency which is quite varied. The subjects of this study were all high school history teachers who are members of the entire History MGMP in Sumedang Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive survey research method with a sample of 30 history teachers. In addition to using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The instrument used in this research is using a questionnaire that measures the Likert scale. The results of the study show the ability of TPACK that has been owned and applied by history teachers in Sumedang district to the history learning process. The activities of the history MGMP forum as a support for the TPACK ability of history teachers in Sumedang Regency were carried out quite well and effectively, the Sumedang Regency history MGMP itself has a routine work program and a supporting work program. The activity program has had an effect on developing the ability of history TPACK teachers in Sumedang district. The TPACK understanding of history teachers in Sumedang Regency is still in the growing and developing category. The level of achievement of respondents in the TPACK teacher competency questionnaire obtained a category with good average results. Obstacles faced by history teachers in using TPACK and how to integrate technology into history learning are still obstacles in the distribution of technology between teachers and students.
