ABSTRAK TINGKAT KESIAPAN KERJA DILIHAT DARI EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS DAN KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN SISWA DESAIN PEMODELAN DAN INFORMASI BANGUNAN SMKN 3 KUNINGAN Riky Anjasmara rikyanjasmara8@gmail.com Perkembangan industri saat ini memberikan dampak yang besar bagi keterserapan pada dunia kerja. Diantara dampak yang besar ini , tingkat kompetisi yang semakin ketat dalam mencari pekerjaan. Salah satu satuan Pendidikan yang menyumbang terhadap tenaga kerja ialah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Kemampuan yang penting dan dapat menunjang pada dunia kerja ialah employability skills serta memiliki kompetensi keahlian yang baik pada bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran dari tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) SMKN 3 Kuningan. Kemampuan employability terkhusus pada keterampilan berkomunikasi, bekerjasama dalam kelompok, memecahkan masalah, merencakan dan mengatur kegiatan, mengelola diri dan keterampilan dalam pembelajaran. Kompetensi keahlian berdasarkan pada program keahlian DPIB diantaranya aplikasi perangkat lunak dan perencanaan gedung interior, konstruksi jalan dan jembatan, estimasi biaya konstruksi, konstruksi dan utilitas gedung, produk kreativitas dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas XII DPIB SMKN 3 Kuningan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji kecenderungan dan presentase. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan hasil tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa DPIB SMKN 3 Kuningan pada aspek employability skill masih pada kategori Cukup Siap. Pada aspek kompetensi keahlian didapat hasil serupa terkait kesiapan kerja , yaitu pada kategori Cukup Siap. Implikasi pada penelitian tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa SMKN 3 Kuningan dari kedua aspek masih perlu ditingkatkan. Among these major impacts, the level of competition is getting tougher in finding worker. One of the Education units that handles the workforce is the Vocational High School (SMK). Some of the skills that are important and can support in the world of work are employability skills and have good competence in their field. This study aims to see an overview of the level of work readiness of students Design Modeling and Building Information (DPIB) SMKN 3 Kuningan. Work skills specifically in communication skills, working in groups, solving problem, planning and organizing, self management and skills in learning. Expertise competencies based on DPIB expertise programs include software aplications and buiding interior planning, road and bridge construction, construction cost estimation, building construction and utilities, creativity and entrepreuneurship product. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The research sampel was conducted in class XII DPIB SMKN 3 Kuningan. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Than analyzed using trend and percentage test. The result of the study showing the result of the level of work radiness of DPIB students at SMKN 3 Kuningan in the Employability skills aspect are still in Sufficient category. In the aspect of axpertise competence, the result obtained are similar to work readiness, namely in the Sufficient category. Realization in research on the level of work readiness of SMKN 3 Kuningan student from these two aspects till need ti be improved.
