Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Bidang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) dan Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Bidang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) dan Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran angket atau kuesioner kepada pegawai dengan total 40 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dihitung dengan menggunakan Teknik Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukan bahwa kecenderungan umum variabel X (Komunikasi Internal) sebesar 3,29 masuk kedalam kategori Sangat Baik, dan hasil perhitungan variabel Y (Disiplin Kerja) sebesar 3,29 dengan kategori sangat baik. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi internal terhadap disipin kerja pegawai dengan nilai korelasi 0,547; nilai uji signifikasi sebesar 4,024 terbukti signifikan karena thitung > ttabel atau 4,024 > 2,711; koefisien determinasi yang memperoleh nilai 29,9%, sisa sebesar 71,1% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain seperti factor lingkungan kerja, factor tingkat stress,dan factor budaya. Adapun persamaan regresi liniear sederhana Y atas X adalah Y = 22,161+0,556. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Bidang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) dan Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Internal, Disiplin Kerja, Pegawai This study is titled "The Influence of Internal Communication on Employee Discipline in the Field of Teachers and Educational Personnel (GTK) and Subdivision of Administration at the Department of Education of West Java Province." The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Internal Communication on Employee Discipline in the Field of Teachers and Educational Personnel (GTK) and Subdivision of Administration at the Department of Education of West Java Province. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. In the initial stage, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees in the field of Teachers and Educational Personnel (GTK) and Subdivision of Administration. The results of data processing, calculated using the Weight Means Score (WMS) technique, indicate that the overall tendency of variable X (Internal Communication) is 3.29, which falls into the category of Very Good, and variable Y (Employee Discipline) is 3.29, also in the category of Very Good. The hypothesis test results reveal a significant influence between internal communication and employee discipline, with a correlation value of 0.547; the significance test value is 4.024, which is significant because t-value > t-table (4.024 > 2.711); the coefficient of determination obtains a value of 29.9, meaning that 29.9% of the variance is influenced by other factors such as the work environment, stress level, and others. The simple linear regression equation of Y on X is Y = 22.161 + 0.556. This proves that there is a positive and significant influence of Internal Communication on Employee Discipline in the Field of Teachers and Educational Personnel (GTK) and Subdivision of Administration at the Department of Education of West Java Province.
