Abstract

ABSTRAK Ade Muhamad Dzalil (1705737). Pengaruh Offline Self-Disclosure dan Online Self-Disclosure terhadap Stres Akademik pada Mahasiswa yang Sedang Mengerjakan Skripsi di Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. (2023). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh offline self-disclosure dan online self-disclosure terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Responden (N=127) adalah mahasiswa aktif Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, dan 2019 yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Responden mengisi kuesioner: 1) offline self-disclosure (r=0,946), 2) online self-disclosure (r=0,978), dan 3) stres akademik (r=0,978). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh offline self-disclosure dan online self-disclosure terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh offline self-disclosure dan online self-disclosure terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This research aims to examine the effect of offline self-disclosure and online self-disclosure on academic stress in students who are working on their thesis at Psychology Study Program, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Respondents (N=127) are active students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia class of 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 who are working on their thesis. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling technique. Respondents filled out the Offline Self-Disclosure questionnaire (r=0.946), Online Self-Disclosure (r=0.978), and Academic Stress (r=0.978). The data analysed by simple and multiple regression analysis techniques to determine the effect of offline self-disclosure and online self-disclosure on academic stress in students who are working on their thesis at the Psychology Study Program, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The results showed that there were no effect of offline self-disclosure and online self-disclosure on academic stress in students who were working on their thesis at the Psychology Study Program at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
