Teacher performance is an important aspect in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, while supporting aspects of teacher performance that the authors consider important is, educational background, motivation of teachers, facilities and infrastructure. The result of simple correlation calculation to measure the contribution of educational background variables (X1) on the performance of vocational teachers (Y), which is 21.16%. Neither Teacher motivation variable relationship (X2) on the performance of vocational teachers (Y) is 31.56%. and facilities (X3) on the performance of vocational teachers (Y) is 13.69%.
The result of the calculation of multiple correlation analysis to measure the level of contributions among variable (X1), (X2), (X3) of (Y) are together is 44.09%.
Based on the findings in this study, that the performance of teachers will increase if the spesific between educational background, motivation and facilities improved.
