Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X2) dengan kinerja guru di sekolah dasar (Y). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Penelitian korelasional adalah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, tanpa melakukan perubahan tambahan atau manipulasi terhadap data yang sudah ada dan tingkat keeratan hubungan serta signifikasinya dengan sampel kepala sekolah sebanyak 40 orang, guru sekolah dasar baik PNS, PPPK dan honor sebanyak 45 orang pada SD negeri yang berada di kecamatan Kertasari Kabupaten Bandung. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dengan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear, regresi berganda,koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi dengan menggunakan SPSS, hasil uji F (simultan) dapat diketahui bahwa nilai sig yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,041, di mana nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05 atau (0,041< 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara variabel X yakni kepemimpinan transformasional X1 dan supervisi akademik X2 dengan variabel Y kinerja guru secara simultan atau dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hipotesis penelitian “Ada hubungan kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di sekolah dasar.” dapat diterima. ----- This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership (X1) and academic supervision of school principals (X2) and teacher performance in elementary schools (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. Correlational research is research conducted to determine the level of relationship between two or more variables, without making additional changes or manipulation of existing data and the level of closeness of the relationship and its significance with a sample of 40 school principals, elementary school teachers both civil servants, PPPK and honorarium as many as 45 people at public elementary schools in the Kertasari sub-district, Bandung Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using linear regression, multiple regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. Based on the results of the significance test using SPSS, the results of the F (simultaneous) test can be seen that the sig value obtained is 0.041, where the value is less than 0.05or (0,041<0,05), so it can be concluded that the results of the study show that there is a relationship between variable X namely transformational leadership X1 and academic supervision X2 with variable Y teacher performance simultaneously or it can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Research hypothesis "There is a relationship between transformational leadership and academic supervision of school principals with teacher performance in elementary schools." acceptable.
