Abstract

Model Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) merupakan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani untuk memperkenalkan bagaimana anak mengerti olahraga melalui bentuk konsep dasar bermain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bermain dan keterampilan modifikasi anak dalam permainan sepakbola siswa sekolah dasar melalui penerapan model Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dilakukan selama dua siklus, sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 025 Cikutra Bandung yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Games Performance Assesment Instrument (GPAI). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan presentase dan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat penningkatan dalam lembar observasi keterampilan bermain sepakbola, siklus I Tindakan 1 sebesar 46%, siklus I tindakan 2 sebesar 54%, Siklus II Tindakan 1 sebesar 65%, dan siklus II Tindakan 2 sebesar 90%. Untuk hasil keterampilan modifikasi permainan sepakbola pada catatan lapangan menunjukan bahwa dari siklus I sampai siklus II kemampuan siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam memodifikasi permainan sepakbola. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modifikasi permainan sepak bola melalui penerapan model teaching games for understanding (TGFU) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bermain sepakbola pada siswa kelas 5 SDN 025 Cikutra Bandung, penerapan model teaching games for understanding (TGFU) dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam membuat variasi modifikasi permainan sepakbola. Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) model is a physical education learning approach to introduce how children understand sports through the form of basic concepts of play. This study aims to improve children's playing skills and modification skills in elementary school students' soccer games through the application of the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) model. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK), conducted over two cycles, totaling four meetings. The research was carried out through four stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The participants used in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 025 Cikutra Bandung, totaling 36 students. The instrument used was the Games Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). Data analysis techniques used quantitative analysis using percentage and average. The results showed an increase in the observation sheet of soccer playing skills, cycle I Action 1 amounted to 46%, cycle I action 2 amounted to 54%, Cycle II Action 1 amounted to 65%, and cycle II Action 2 amounted to 90%. For the results of the skills of modifying soccer games on field notes, it shows that from cycle I to cycle II the ability of students has increased in modifying soccer games. The conclusion of this study shows that the development of soccer game modifications through the application of the soccer game modification model.
