Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di SMA BPI 2 Bandung Secara umum tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mengenai Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Di SMA BPI 2 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS), variabel manajemen kelas mempeloreh nilai 3,29 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan pada variabel motivasi belajar siswa memperoleh nilai 3.27 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari koefisien korelasi antara manajemen kelas dan motivasi belajar siswa berada di tingkat hubungan kuat, dan berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai konstanta sebesar 10.611 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,761 dari hasil tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa manajemen kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA BPI 2 Bandung. Dengan hasil uji determinasi diketahui bahwa pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA BPI 2 Bandung sebesar 52,3% sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam penelitian. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Setiap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru, untuk pengaruhnya bersifat positif dan signifikan antara manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA BPI 2 Bandung. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Kelas, Motivasi Belajar Siswa This study is entitled The Effect of Class Management on Student Learning Motivation at BPI 2 Bandung High School In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of class management on student learning motivation at BPI 2 Bandung High School. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with 70 respondents. Based on the results of the calculation of the general trend with the Weight Means Score (WMS) technique, the class management variable has a value of 3.29 which is included in the very good category, while the student learning motivation variable gets a value of 3.27 which is included in the very good category. The results of the correlation coefficient between classroom management and student learning motivation are at the strong relationship level, and based on the results of regression analysis, a constant value of 10,611 and a regression coefficient of 0.761 are obtained from these results that classroom management has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation at BPI 2 Bandung High School. With the results of the determination test, it is known that the effect of classroom management on student learning motivation at BPI 2 Bandung High School is 52.3% while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in the study. In conclusion, this study found that any increase in student learning motivation is influenced by classroom management carried out by teachers, for the influence is positive and significant between classroom management on student learning motivation at SMA BPI 2 Bandung.
