Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur literasi emosi guru SD. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena literasi emosi sangat penting bagi setiap individu dan guru merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan perkembangan literasi emosi sehingga sebelum memberikan pemahaman terhadap murid, guru sendiri harus memahami literasi emosi pada dirinya. Literasi emosi pada guru juga menentukan kinerja di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai literasi emosi di gugus wilayah V kecamatan Panumbangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei deskriptif. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian melibatkan dua tahap, tahap pertama untuk menentukan tempat penelitian dengan teknik cluster wilayah dan tahap kedua untuk menentukan objek penelitian. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kepada guru-guru di gugus wilayah V sebanyak 62 orang guru. Data diolah dengan analisis kuantitatif dan dikategorikan untuk mengetahui kategori literasi emosi guru di wilayah tersebut. Aspek-aspek yang terdapat pada literasi emosi berdasar pada Teori Steiner yaitu memahami perasaan diri, berempati, mengelola emosi, mengatasi dan memperbaiki kerusakan emosi, dan aspek mengembangkan interaksi sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi emosi guru dalam aspek mengetahui perasaan diri di dominasi oleh kategori rendah, sementara literasi emosi guru dalam aspek berempati, aspek mengelola emosi, aspek mengatasi dan memperbaiki kerusakan emosi dan aspek mengembangkan interaksi sosial diri di dominasi oleh kategori sedang. Secara keseluruhan literasi emosi guru di gugus wilayah V kecamatan Panumbangan di dominasi oleh kategori sedang. This study aims to measure the emotional literacy of elementary school teachers. This research was conducted because emotional literacy is very important for each individual and the teacher is one of the factors that determine the development of emotional literacy so that before giving an understanding to students, the teacher must understand his own emotional literacy. Emotional literacy in teachers also determines performance in schools. The aim of the research is to provide an overview of emotional literacy in the regional cluster V of the Panumbangan sub-district. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method. The sampling technique in research involves two stages, the first stage is to determine the place of research with the area cluster technique and the second stage is to determine the object of research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 62 teachers in the Region V cluster. The data were processed by quantitative analysis and categorized to determine the emotional literacy category of teachers in that area. The aspects contained in emotional literacy are based on Steiner's theory, namely understanding feelings, empathy, managing emotions, overcoming and repairing emotional damage, and aspects of developing social interaction. The results showed that the teacher's emotional literacy in the aspect of knowing one's own feelings was dominated by the low category, while the teacher's emotional literacy in the aspect of empathy, the aspect of managing emotions, the aspect of overcoming and repairing emotional damage and the aspect of developing self-social interaction was dominated by the medium category. Overall the emotional literacy of teachers in the regional cluster V of Panumbangan subdistrict was dominated by the medium category.
