Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat berkembang dan informasi menjadi faktor utamabagi perkembangan aktivitas manusia. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, salah satu solusinya dengan memperoleh informasi melalui koleksi online perpustakaan berbasis SLiMS Bulian 9. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi pemustaka dalam penggunaan aplikasi sistem otomasi perpustakaan berbasis SLiMS Bulian 9 di Perpustakaan Bintek Jatan. Teori dan model pada penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pemustaka perpustakaan Bintek Jatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung online koleksi perpustakaan berbasis SLiMS Bulian 9 melalui perhitungan sampel dari rumus Slovin dengan menghasilkan sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Dalam teknik pengambilan sampel peneliti menggunakan simple random sampling yakni termasuk probability sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi pemustaka dalam pengguna koleksi perpustakaan berbasis SLiMS Bulian 9 sudah baik, dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian berdasarkan aspek perceived usefulness (kebermanfaatan) dan aspek perceived ease of use (kemudahan pengguna) yang memperoleh hasil Sangat Baik dan Baik. Dalam aspek kendala sistem otomasi hasilnya menujukkan Baik, artinya minimnya kendala yang dirasakan oleh pemustaka dalam penggunaan aplikasi SLiMS Bulian 9. Pemustaka setuju bahwa dengan menggunakan koleksi online aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis SLiMS Bulian 9 dapat mempercepat pekerjaan, meningkatkan kinerja, meningkatkan produktivitas, adanya efektivitas, mempermudah pekerjaan, bermanfaat. Pemustaka setuju bahwa aplikasi SLiMS Bulian 9 mudah dipelajari, mudah dikontrol, memenuhi keinginan, jelas dan mudah dipahami, mudah digunakan, dan fleksibel. Pemustaka juga tidak merasa adanya kendala sistem otomasi yang meliputi sumber daya manusia, jaringan internet, dan user experience yang signifikan. This research is motivated by the development of technology that is growing rapidly and information is the main factor for the development of human activities. To overcome this, one of the solutions is to obtain information through the SLiMS Bulian 9-based library online collection. The purpose of this research is to find out the user's perception in using the SLiMS Bulian 9-based library automation system application at the Bintek Jatan Library. The theory and model in this research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses descriptive quantitative method with survey method by distributing questionnaires to Bintek Jatan library users. The population in this study is online visitors to the SLiMS-based library collection Bulian 9 through the sample calculation of the Slovin formula by producing a sample of 100 respondents. In the sampling technique the researcher used simple random sampling which included probability sampling. This research data analysis uses descriptive statistics. This study found that the perception of users of library collections based on SLiMS Bulian 9 is good, as evidenced by the results of research based on aspects of perceived usefulness and aspects of perceived ease of use which obtained Very Good and Good results. In the aspect of automation system constraints, the results show Good, meaning that there are minimal obstacles felt by the library users in using the SLiMS Bulian 9 application. The library users agree that using the online collection of SLiMS Bulian 9-based library applications can speed up work, improve performance, increase productivity, effectiveness, make work easier, useful. The users agree that the SLiMS Bulian 9 application is easy to learn, easy to control, fulfills desires, clear and easy to understand, easy to use, and flexible. The library users also do not feel that there are significant obstacles to the automation system which include human resources, internet networks, and user experience.
