Abstract
Pendidikan karakter di era digital tidak bisa hanya sebatas teori melainkan harus di wujudkan dalam tindakan nyata. Kurikulum merdeka merupakan salah satu terobosan di dunia pendidikan yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai-karakter. Agar pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan kurikulum maka di perlukan suatu manajemen strategis yang tepat dari kepala sekolah. Adapun tujuan dari dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengamatan lingkungan kepala sekolah dalam upaya mengembangkan pendidikan karakter pada kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar,untuk mengetahui perumusan strategis kepala sekolah dalam upaya mengembangkan pendidikan karakter pada kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar, untuk mengetahui implementasi strategis kepala sekolah dalam upaya mengembangkan pendidikan karakter pada kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar, untuk mengetahui evaluasi strategis kepala sekolah dalam upaya mengembangkan pendidikan karakter pada kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota bandung dengan subjek penelitian lima sekolah yang terdiri dari sekolah penggerak dan sekolah yang terakreditasi a di kota bandung. Adapun berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut terdapat beberapa temuan. Kesimpulannya dengan manajemen strategis yang tepat pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka dapat terselenngara dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan kurikulum yaitu untuk menciptakan generasi- generasi yang berkarakter sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pancasila. ----------- Character education in the digital era cannot be limited to theory but must be realized in real action. The independent curriculum is a breakthrough in the world of education that upholds character values. In order for the implementation of the independent curriculum to be carried out properly in accordance with the objectives of the curriculum, an appropriate strategic management is needed from the school principal. The purpose of this research is to find out the environmental observations of school principals in an effort to develop character education in the independent curriculum in elementary schools, to find out the strategic formulation of school principals in an effort to develop character education in the independent curriculum in elementary schools, to find out the strategic implementation of school principals in an effort to developing character education in the independent curriculum in elementary schools, to find out the strategic evaluation of school principals in an effort to develop character education in the independent curriculum in elementary schools. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a grounded theory approach. This research was conducted in the city of bandung with five schools as research subjects consisting of driving schools and schools accredited a in bandung. Based on the results of this research, there are several findings. In conclusion, with the right strategic management, the implementation of the independent curriculum can be carried out properly in accordance with the objectives of the curriculum, namely to create generations with character according to pancasila values.
