Abstract

Media sosial telah mengubah perilaku dan cara orang berkomunikasi satu dengan yang lainnya. Teachergram hadir sebagai fenomena di kalangan guru sekolah dasar abad 21 khususnya di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perpindahan wadah guru dalam berliterasi sangat jelas terlihat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengetahui bentuk perilaku guru dalam fenomena teachergram dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya fenomena teachergram. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi fenomenologi digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Ada 9 partisipan dalam penelitian ini dengan kualifikasi guru sekolah dasar yang rutin membuat konten di Instagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 7 tema yang muncul dan saling terkait satu dengan lainnya yaitu; perubahan kompetensi pedagogik guru, perubahan kompetensi profesional guru, memiliki perubahan kompetensi sosial guru, perubahan kompetensi kepribadian guru, dampak adanya fenomena teachergram, dan pandemi covid 19 yang mempengaruhi perilaku guru sekolah dasar. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa media sosial instagram memungkinkan guru untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme mereka dengan saling menginspirasi dalam pengembangan kepribadian serta memperkaya pengetahuan pedagogis mereka, menjadi sumber pengembangan kompetensi profesional dan sosial bagi guru sekolah dasar. Sebagai simpulan, perilaku guru sekolah dasar berliterasi dalam fenomena teachergram memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pembelajaran dan komunitas pendidikan. Namun, mereka juga harus menghindari jebakan komersialisasi dan tetap berfokus pada tujuan utama sebagai pendidik yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi. ------------- Social media has changed the behaviour and way people communicate with each other. Teachergram has emerged as a phenomenon among 21st century primary school teachers, especially in Indonesia. This shows that the displacement of teachers in literacy is very clear. This study aims to determine the form of teacher behaviour in the teachergram phenomenon and the impact caused by the teachergram phenomenon. Qualitative research method with phenomenological study was used in this research with interviews, observations, and document studies. There are 9 participants in this study with the qualifications of elementary school teachers who regularly create content on Instagram. The results showed that there were 7 themes that emerged and were interrelated with each other, namely; changes in teachers' pedagogical competence, changes in teachers' professional competence, changes in teachers' social competence, changes in teachers' personality competence, the impact of the teachergram phenomenon, and the covid 19 pandemic that affects the behaviour of elementary school teachers. This proves that Instagram social media allows teachers to develop their professionalism by inspiring each other in personality development and enriching their pedagogical knowledge, becoming a source of professional and social competence development for primary school teachers. In conclusion, primary school teachers' literate behaviour in the teachergram phenomenon has a significant impact on learning and the educational community. However, they should also avoid the trap of commercialisation and remain focused on the main goal as qualified and dedicated educators.
