Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru mata pelajaran konsentrasi keahlian manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung belum memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran secara optimal, khususnya pada elemen Komunikasi di Tempat Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan mengetahui hasil kelayakan bahan ajar digital berbasis microlearning pada elemen Komunikasi di Tempat Kerja di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian D&D (design and development), namun hanya sampai pada tahap design dengan model PPE yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu planning, production, dan evaluation. Partisipan dalam penelitian terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media. Selain itu, melibatkan pengguna yang terdiri dari dua guru dan delapan siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket validasi ahli dan angket respon pengguna. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar digital berbasis microlearning yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran elemen Komunikasi di Tempat Kerja, khususnya pada materi komunikasi melalui telepon dalam bahasa Inggris. The problem studied in this research is that teachers in subjects concentrating on office management and business services skills at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung have not utilized technology in the learning process optimally, especially in the Communication element in the Workplace. This study aims to describe the development process and determine the results of the feasibility of microlearning-based digital teaching materials on the elements of Communication in the Workplace at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The research method used is design and development (D&D) research; however, it only reaches the design stage with the PPE model, which consists of three stages: planning, production, and evaluation. Participants in the study consisted of material experts, linguists, and media experts. In addition, it involves users consisting of two teachers and eight students. Research data was obtained through expert validation questionnaires and user response questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis. The results of the feasibility test show that the developed microlearning-based digital teaching materials are very feasible and can be used in the learning process for communication elements in the workplace, especially telephone communication materials in English.
