Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) memiliki keunggulan dan berbagai manfaat yang ditawarkan. Namun, pendaftar Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dari jenjang PAUD hanya 14% dari jumlah PAUD di Indonesia. TK Aminah Hamdi Ko ta Medan telah melaksanakan P5 Tema Aku Sayang Bumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan Pelaksanaan P5 bagi Anak Usia Dini dalam Pembelajaran Kokurikuler di TK Aminah Hamdi Kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif deng an metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, dua guru, dan lima peserta didik Penelitian berlokasi di TK Aminah Hamdi Kota Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan interactive model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan TK Aminah Hamdi Kota Medan mengerucutkan Tema Aku Sayang Bumi menjadi Topik Ayo Berkreasi dengan Tanaman Singkong. Pelaksanaan P5 terdiri dari enam tahapan, mulai dari memahami Projek Penguat an Profil Pelajar Pancasila sampai dengan evaluasi dan tindak lanjut Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Komponen pelaksanaan P5 termuat dalam Modul Projek yang terdiri atas: (1) Tema dan topik; (2) Fase; (3) Durasi kegiatan; (4) Deskripsi singkat; (5) Pemetaan dimensi, elemen, sub elemen PPP; (6) Tujuan; (7) Alur aktivitas secara umum; (8) Tahapan kegiatan dan asesmen; serta (9) Instrumen pengolahan hasil asesmen. Daya dukung pelaksanaan P5 di TK Aminah Hamdi Kota Medan, yaitu: (1) Ketersediaan sumber daya sekolah; (2) Memiliki dan memahami regulasi regulasi terkait Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai pedoman. Sementara faktor penghambat meliputi: (1) Kurang optimal dalam perencanaan; (2) Kemampuan beradaptasi peserta didik berbeda beda; serta (3) Belum tumbuhnya budaya antre pada peserta didik. The Independent Curriculum through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project has advantages and various benefits. However, applicants for the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum from the kindergarten level are only 14% of the kindergarten in Indonesia. Aminah Hamdi Kindergarten in Medan City has implemented the Pancasila student profile strengthening project Theme I Love the Earth. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project for Early Childhood in Cocurricular Learning at Kindergarten Aminah Hamdi, Medan City. The study utilizes a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects encompass the principal, two teachers, and five students. The research was located at Aminah Hamdi Kindergarten, Medan City. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation studies, while using a data analysis interactive model. The results showed that Aminah Hamdi Kindergarten in Medan City narrowed down the Theme I Love the Earth to the Topic Let's Be Creative with Cassava Plants. The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project involves six stages, commencing with comprehending the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and concluding with the evaluation and subsequent actions related to the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. The Pancasila student profile strengthening project implementation component is included in the Project Module which consists of 9 components. Aminah Hamdi Kindergarten in Medan City has the carrying capacity and the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project.
