Abstract

ABSTRAK:Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) merupakan program yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah sebagai upaya untuk mengukur kemampuan dasar literasi pada peserta didik serta sebagai dorongan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahap perancangan pengembangan, dan validasi butir soal tes berbasis AKM Kelas aspek literasi membaca pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design & Development dengan model pengembangan butir soal. Sampel pada penelitian adalah 57 siswa kelas 8 di SMP Negeri 29 Bandung. Butir soal dianalisis dengan melakukan 1) Uji validitas isi; 2) Uji validitas empiris dengan korelasi product moment; 3) dan analisis kualitas butir soal. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yaitu pada tahap perancangan soal dilakukan dengan menentukan tujuan penilaian, mengidentifikasi kompetensi dan membuat kisi-kisi. Pada tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengembangkan draf instrumen dan penilaian ahli. Terakhir tahap validasi dilakukan dengan uji validasi empiris, uji reliabilitas, uji tingkat kesukaran, uji daya pembeda dan uji kualitas pengecoh. Hasil uji validasi oleh ahli evaluasi pembelajaran mendapat hasil CVR 0,333-1 dan dari ahli konten mendapat nilai 96,15% sehingga dinyatakan valid digunakan. Hasil uji validitas empiris menemukan 34 soal valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas dinyatakan soal reliabel. Hasil uji daya beda menemukan 32 soal dapat digunakan dan 1 soal revisi. Hasil uji tingkat kesukaran mendapat hasil 3 soal mudah, 29 soal sedang dan 2 soal sukar. Hasil uji kualitas pengecoh menyatakan semua pengecoh berfungsi dengan baik dan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil akhir analisis dapat disimpulkan terdapat 33 soal direkomendasikan untuk digunakan. ABSTRACT: Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) is a program implemented by the government as an effort to assess basic literacy skills in students and implemented to provide encouragement to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. The purpose of this research is to find out how the stages of design, development, and validation of test items based on the minimum competency assessment-Class aspects of reading literacy in Indonesian language subjects. The method used is Design & Development with the development item test model. The sample in the study were 57 eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 29 Bandung. The test items were analyzed by conducting 1) Content validity test; 2) Empirical validation test with product moment correlation; 3) and item quality analysis. The results of the research are that the product design is carried out by determining the purpose of the assessment, identifying competencies and making a blueprint. The development stage is carried out by developing a draft instrument and expert judgment. Finally, the validation stage is carried out by empirical validation testing, reliability testing, difficulty level testing, differentiator testing and testing the quality of the distractor. The results of the validation test by learning evaluation experts stated that all questions were valid with a CVR value range of 0.333-1 and from content experts received a value of 96.15% so that it was declared validity to use. The empirical validity test found that there were 34 valid questions. Based on the reliability test, the reliability coefficient value is reliable. The results of the differentiator test found 32 questions can be used and 1 question requires revision. The results of the level of difficulty test found 3 questions of easy, 29 questions of medium and 2 questions of difficult. The results of distractor quality test found that all the exceptions functioned well or very well. Based on the final results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there are 33 questions recommended for use.
