Abstract

Didirikannya sebuah perusahaan sebagai salah satu entitas ekonomi memiliki
tujuan yaitu untuk menghasilkan laba dan memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Nilai
perusahaan sering dikaitkan dengan harga saham. Harga saham cenderung lebih
tinggi jika perusahaan mengungkapkan tidak hanya laporan keuangan saja
melainkan laporan mengenai tanggung jawabnya terhadap lingkungan dan sosial.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sustainability report dan
net profit margin terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor consumer non cyclicals yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive
sampling untuk pemilihan sampel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 perusahaan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan
pendekatan asosiatif kausal dengan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan
laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Alat yang digunakan untuk perhitungan dan
pengolahan adalah SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial masing�masing variabel sustainability report dan net profit margin berpengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kemudian secara simultan sustainability
report dan net profit margin secara bersama-sama juga memiliki pengaruh positif
yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.;
The establishment of a company as an economic entity has the goal of generating
profits and maximizing the value of the company. Firm value is often associated
with stock prices. The share price tends to be higher if the company discloses not
only financial reports but reports regarding its environmental and social
responsibilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
sustainability reports and net profit margins on the value of companies in the
consumer non-cyclicals sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
This study used a purposive sampling method for sample selection with a total
sample of 39 companies. The research method used is descriptive research method
with a causal associative approach with secondary data in the form of annual
reports and corporate sustainability reports. The tool used for calculation and
processing is SPSS 25. The results of this study are that partially each variable of
sustainability report and net profit margin has a significant positive effect on firm
value, then simultaneously the sustainability report and net profit margin together
also have significant positive influence on firm value.
