Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar, dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Tipe B (SMA dengan 12-20 rombongan belajar) di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Provinsi Riau, pada Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket untuk mengukur kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar, gaya belajar siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar, gaya belajar siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Tipe B yaitu sebanyak 1028 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 288 siswa dipilih menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan penting. Pertama, kompetensi guru berada pada kategori sedang. Kedua, lingkungan belajar berada pada kategori sedang. Ketiga, gaya belajar siswa berada pada kondisi efektif. Keempat, hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar siswa memediasi pengaruh antara kompetensi guru dengan hasil belajar. dan gaya belajar tidak memediasi pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Tipe B di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Provinsi Riau. This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher competence, learning environment, and learning styles on the learning outcomes of economics subjects for Grade XI Social Science students at Type B High Schools in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province, in the academic year 2022-2023. The research method used is quantitative and descriptive. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to measure teacher competence, the learning environment, student learning styles, and student learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to provide an overview of teacher competence, the learning environment, student learning styles, and student learning outcomes. The population of this study is all Grade XI Social Science students at Type B High Schools, totaling 1028 students. A sample of 288 students was selected using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The results of the study show several important findings. First, teacher competence is in the moderate category. Second, the learning environment is in the moderate category. Third, student learning styles are in an effective condition. Fourth, student learning outcomes are in the moderate category. The conclusion of this study indicates that student learning styles mediate the influence of teacher competence on learning outcomes and that learning styles do not mediate the influence of the learning environment on economics learning outcomes for Grade XI Social Science students at Type B High Schools in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province.
