Abstract

Pengelolaan kearsipan idealnya dilakukan dengan memperhatikan ketersediaan SDM, sarana prasarana serta dana yang cukup dan dikhususkan untuk kegiatan kearsipan itu sendiri. Setiap lembaga yang berjalan akan terus membutuhkan dan menghasilkan arsip secara terus menerus, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan adanya pemanfaatan Sistem Temu Balik Informasi di bidang kearsipan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah pengguna maupun pengelola arsip dalam mencari dan menemukan kembali arsip yang tersedia di lembaga tersebut dengan waktu yang cepat dan akurat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat tingkat pemanfaat STBI Arsip dengan berbantuan Google tools berupa layanan Google spreadsheet dan Google form yang dimanfaatkan sebagai katalog serta formulir peminjaman dan pengembalian arsip di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara, dengan menggunakan kelima Dimensi model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) sebagai alat ukur penilaian pemanfaatan sistem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan kuesioner tercetak sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan rumus deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan berupa purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan responden secara khusus yang pada penelitian ini hanya pengguna dan pengelola arsip sebanyak 15 orang yang memiliki akses terhadap arsip. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat ditemukan bahwa pemanfaatan STBI Arsip dengan berbantuan Google tools di KPKNL Bandung berada di tingkat Sangat Baik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber rujukan informasi dalam mengembangkan STBI Arsip di lembaga. Archival management should ideally be carried out by taking into account the availability of human resources, infrastructure, sufficient funds and devoted to archival activities themselves. Every running institution will continue to need and produce archives continuously, therefore the need for the utilization of Information Retrieval Systems in the field of archives with the aim of making it easier for users and archive managers to search and find back the archives available at the institution with a quick and accurate time. The purpose of this research is to find out the level of utilization of the archive Information Retrieval System by utilizing Google tools in the form of Google spreadsheet services and Google forms which are used as catalogs and archive loan and return forms at Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Bandung, using the five indicators of the End User Computing Satisfaction EUCS model as a measuring tool for assessing system utilization. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a printed questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis technique used is to use a quantitative descriptive formula with the sample selection technique used in the form of purposive sampling, namely the selection of respondents specifically in this study only users and archive managers as many as 15 people who have access to archives.. Based on the results obtained, it was found that the utilization of the archive information retrieval system by utilizing Google tools at the KPKNL Bandung was at a very good level. The results of this study are expected to be a reference source of information in developing an archival information retrieval system at the institution.
