Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Sempu 1. SDN Sempu 1 merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Sekolah Dasar yang menanamkan pendidikan karakter kepada anak dengan pembiasaan berbaris di depan kelas sebelum memasuki kelas. Pembiasaan berbaris didepan kelas ini dilakukan ketika anak akan memulai pembelajaran atau memasuki kelas di pagi hari. Setiap kelas diwajibkan untuk berbaris terlebih dahulu. Pembiasaan itu melatih anak untuk memiliki sikap disiplin. Dengan pembiasaan tersebut diharapkan dapat melahirkan pribadi-pribadi yang berakhlak mulia dan berkarakter. Penelitian ini adalah salah satu penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan suatu teknik observasi peserta didik melalui pembiasaan kegiatan baris berbaris yang dilaksanakan dipagi hari sebelum memasuki kelas, angket/kuesioner kepada guru di sekolah mengenai persepsi guru terhadap pembiasaan berbaris serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui penerapan dari kegiatan pembiasaan berbaris di depan kelas yang dilaksanakan di SDN Sempu 1. (2) Mengetahui karakter siswa setelah melaksanakan kegiatan pembiasaan berbaris di depan kelas. Dalam pelaksanaan pembiasaan berbaris ini dapat membantu membentuk karakter peserta didik menjadi lebih baik. Dengan begitu sangat dibutuhkan peran guru dalam pelaksanaan pembiasaan berbaris, dimana guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran. Peserta didik memerlukan peran seorang guru untuk membantunya dalam proses perkembangan diri. Kata kunci: Persepsi, Pembiasaan, Karakter This research was conducted at SDN Sempu 1. SDN Sempu 1 is one of the elementary school educational institutions that instill character education to children by marching in front of the class before entering the class. The habit of lining up in front of the class is done when the children will start learning or enter the class in the morning. Each class is required to line up first. This habit trains children to have an attitude of discipline. With this habituation, it is hoped that it can give birth to individuals with noble character and character. This research is a qualitative research with data collection using a technique of observation of students through the habituation of marching activities carried out in the morning before entering class, questionnaires to teachers at school regarding teacher perceptions of marching habituation and documentation. This study aims to (1) Knowing the application of the habituation activities to marching in front of the class which is carried out at SDN Sempu 1. (2) Knowing the character of students after carrying out the habituation activities to marching in front of the class. In the implementation of this marching habituation can help shape the character of students to be better. Therefore, the role of the teacher is needed in the implementation of marching habituation, where the teacher has a very important role in the implementation of marching habituation. Learners need the role of a teacher to help them in the process of self-development. Keywords: Perception, Habituation, Character
