Abstract

Perkembangan pembangunan apartemen di Kota Bandung saat ini sangat pesat seiring bertambahnya penduduk. Banyaknya apartemen di Kota Bandung menyebabkan jumlah hunian yang tidak sedikit. Karena itu, memilih apartemen tidaklah semudah yang dibayangkan oleh penduduk Kota Bandung. Adapun metode yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih apartemen yaitu dengan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan metode simple additive weighting (SAW) serta sistem yang dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi dan solusi alternatif bagi para konsumen dalam melakukan pencarian apartemen yang ada di Kota Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan penilaian bobot kriteria pada metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) didapatkan nilai consistency ratio -1,314 yang berarti konsisten. Sedangkan pada penilaian metode simple additive weighting (SAW) didapatkan hasil akhir dengan urutan apartemen terbaik yaitu The Suites Metro Bandung dan apartemen yang memiliki nilai akhir terendah yaitu Dago Suites. Berdasarkan pada kuesioner SUS yang telah dilakukan, sistem ini memiliki hasil nilai SUS dengan nilai 71.08 berada pada tingkat “adjective rating” berada diatas “good” dan juga untuk “grade scale” berada pada grade “C”, dan untuk “acceptability ranges” berada pada “acceptable”. Sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengambil keputusan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. The development of apartment development in the city of Bandung is currently very rapid as the population increases. The large number of apartments in the city of Bandung causes a large number of residences. Therefore, choosing an apartment is not as easy as the residents of Bandung City imagine. The methods that can assist in making a decision to choose an apartment are by using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method and the simple additive weighting (SAW) method as well as a system that can be used as a medium of information and alternative solutions for consumers in searching for apartments in Bandung. The results of this study show that the assessment of the weight of the criteria in the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method obtained a consistency ratio value of -1.314, which means consistent. Whereas in the assessment of the simple additive weighting (SAW) method, the final results were obtained with the best apartment sequence, namely The Suites Metro Bandung and the apartment with the lowest final value, namely Dago Suites. Based on the SUS questionnaire that has been carried out, this system has the results of the SUS score with a value of 71.08 which is at the level of "adjective rating" which is above "good" and also for "grade scale" is grade "C", and for "acceptability ranges" is on "acceptable". This system can assist users in making decisions according to the desired criteria.
