Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keresahan guru-guru terkait tempat penyimpanan dokumentasi manajemen pembelajaran yang memerlukan tempat khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan portofolio dokumentasi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis digital untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Tahap analisis dilakukan dengan menganalisis kebutuhan serta situasi dan lingkungan, tahap perancangan menggunakan google sites, canva, google drive dan google chrome. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengembangkan produk melalui proses validasi ahli media dengan memperoleh penilaian kategori “sangat layak”, validasi ahli desain pembelajaran memperoleh kategori “Layak”, dan validasi pengguna memperoleh kategori “sangat layak”. Tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan melakukan uji coba terbatas dan tidak terbatas terhadap Kepala Sekolah dan guru. Tahap evaluasi menghasilkan respon pengguna dengan memperoleh kategori “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, maka portofolio dokumentasi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis digital sangat layak digunakan oleh guru sebagai sarana penyimpanan dokumen bentuk digital di Sekolah Dasar.
This research is motivated by the anxiety of teachers regarding the storage of learning management documentation which requires a special place. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a portfolio of digital-based learning management documentation to address these problems. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The analysis stage is carried out by analyzing the needs as well as the situation and environment. The design stage uses google sites, canva, google drive and google chrome. The development stage is carried out by developing the product through the validation process of media experts by obtaining an assessment of the "very feasible" category, validating the learning design expert obtaining the "Easy" category, and user validation obtaining the "very feasible" category. The implementation phase is carried out by conducting limited and unlimited trials on the Principal and teachers. The evaluation stage produces a user response by obtaining the "very good" category. Based on the evaluation results, the portfolio of digital-based learning management documentation is very suitable for use by teachers as a means of storing digital documents in elementary schools.
