Abstract
Penelitian kali ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja Widyaiswara, kepuasan peserta latsar CPNS dan pengaruh kinerja Widyaiswara terhadap kepuasan peserta latsar CPNS di BPSDM Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan teknik angket pada 72 responden peserta Latsar CPNS Provinsi Jawa Barat angkatan 13 dan 16 tahun 2022. Analisis perhitungan dilakukan dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) pada kinerja Widyaiswara (variabel X) berada pada kategori sangat puas (memuaskan) dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,35 dan kepuasan peserta latsar CPNS (variabel Y) berada pada kategori sangat puas (memuaskan) dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,36. Hasil uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y menunjukan kategori hubungan yang kuat sebesar 0,690. Hasil uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh 47,6% pada variabel Y dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, misalnya sarana dan prasarana juga kinerja panitia lainnya. Hasil uji signifikansi korelasi antara variabel X dan Y memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan perolehan nilai yaitu 7,980 > 1,667. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = 14,907 + 0,699X maka setiap penambahan poin variabel X akan diikuti perubahan pada variabel Y sebesar 0,699. Kesimpulan dari penelitian kali ini bahwa Kinerja Widyaiswara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Latsar CPNS di BPSDM Provinsi Jawa Barat. This research generally aims to describe the performance of Widyaiswara, the satisfaction of the participants in the CPNS level and the effect of the performance of the Widyaiswara on the satisfaction of the participants in the CPNS level at BPSDM West Java Province. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was a questionnaire technique for 72 respondents participating in the West Java Province CPNS Latsar batch 13 and 16 in 2022. Calculation analysis was carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results of the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS) on Widyaiswara performance (variable X) are in the very satisfied (satisfying) category with an average score of 3.35 and the CPNS participant satisfaction (variable Y) is in the very satisfied (satisfactory) category with an average score of 3.36. The results of the correlation test between variables X and Y show a strong relationship category of 0.690. The results of the determination test found that the X variable had an effect of 47.6% on the Y variable and the rest was influenced by other factors, such as facilities and infrastructure as well as the performance of other committees. The results of the correlation significance test between the X and Y variables have a significant effect on the acquisition value of 7.980 > 1.667. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 14.907 + 0.699X, so each point added to the X variable will be followed by a change in the Y variable of 0.699. The conclusion from this study is that the performance of lecturers has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of the CPNS Latsar Participants at BPSDM West Java Province.
