Abstract
PENGEMBANGAN PELATIHAN ONLINE BERBASIS RADEC UNTUK PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU SEKOLAH DASAR MELATIH KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KREATIF PESERTA DIDIK ABSTRAK Kondisi pelatihan online yang telah berjalan belum sepenuhnya dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan pelatihan online berbasis RADEC untuk peningkatan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar dalam melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan model evaluasi program pengembangan professional. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 116 orang guru dari sepuluh sekolah dasar negeri (SDN) di salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang tersebar di beberapa lokasi dan dilaksanakan selama delapan bulan dari Agustus 2022 sampai dengan Maret 2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dokumentasi, dan tes. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pelatihan online berbasis RADEC efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Selanjutnya pelatihan online berbasis RADEC siap dipakai untuk tujuan dan sasaran yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini, dan dapat juga dikembangkan untuk pengembangan keterampilan lainnya, literasi, dan numerasi melalui beberapa penyesuaian. This study aims to develop RADEC-based online training to increase the competency of elementary school teachers in training students' creative thinking skills. The method used in this research is development using the ADDIE model with an evaluation model of professional development programs. The subjects of this study were 116 teachers from ten public elementary schools (SDN) in one of the sub-districts in West Bandung Regency, which were scattered in several locations and carried out for eight months from August 2022 to March 2023. Data collection used questionnaires, observations, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), documentation, and tests. The data was processed using SPSS version 26 and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that the development of RADEC-based online training was effective in increasing the competence of elementary school teachers in training students' creative thinking skills. Furthermore, RADEC-based online training is ready to be used for the purposes and objectives of this research. It can also be developed for developing other skills, literacy, and numeracy through several adjustments.
