Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena hasil keterampilan menulis teks prosedur peserta didik masih teridentifikasi tidak menggunakan isi, struktur dan kebahasaan teks prosedur. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil keterampilan menulis teks prosedur melalui pemanfaatan media lingkungan sekolah pada peserta didik kelas IV. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Manonjaya, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perihal isi, struktur, dan kebahasaan teks dalam keterampilan menulis teks prosedur melalui pemanfaatan media lingkungan sekolah di SDN 2 Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 15 peserta didik. Desain yang diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experimental Design One Shot One Case Study dengan Pendekatan Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengaplikasikan metode penugasan dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah analisis mencakup tahap verifikasi, penyekoran, tabulasi, dan penilaian. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik diberikan treatment sebanyak satu kali, setelah itu hasilnya langsung di observasi. Penugasan yang dilakukan sebanyak dua kali penugasan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur, yaitu pada penugasan pertama didapatkan skor rata-rata 11,53 dengan kategori Baik dan penugasan kedua didapatkan skor rata-rata 12,73 dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Selain itu diperoleh skor peserta didik pada aspek isi tergolong pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 9,8 sedangkan pada aspek struktur tergolong kategori baik dengan rata-rata 8,2, dan untuk aspek kebahasaan tergolong pada kategori cukup baik dengan rata-rata 6,2. The background of this research is because students' writing procedural text skills are still identified as not using the content, structure and procedures of linguistic texts. So this study aims to describe the results of text writing skills through the use of school environment media in class IV students. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Manonjaya, Tasikmalaya Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the content, structure, and language of the text in procedural text writing skills through the use of school environment media at SDN 2 Manonjaya, Tasikmalaya Regency with a total of 15 participants. The design applied in this study is the Pre-Experimental Design One Shot One Case Study with a Quantitative Approach. Data collection techniques by applying the method of assignment and documentation. The analysis steps include the verification, scoring, tabulation, and assessment stages. In this study, students were given treatment once, after which the results were directly observed. The assignments were made twice. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be interpreted that the improvement of procedural text writing skills, namely in the first assignment, an average score of 11.53 was obtained in the Good category and in the second assignment the average score was 12.73 in the Very Good category. In addition, it was obtained that the student scores on the content aspect belonged to the very good category with an average of 9.8 while the structural aspect was classified as a good category with an average of 8.2, and for the linguistic aspects it was classified as quite good with an average of 6.2.
