Abstract

Pembelajaran kriya tiga dimensi pada salah satu sekolah di Kota Bandung sudah cukup baik, namun kreativitas siswa dalam berkarya kriya tiga dimensi masih rendah. Siswa membuat karya dengan bentuk, desain dan warna yang sama dengan teman sekelasnya. Siswa kesulitan mendapatkan ide untuk karya kriya tiga dimensi yang akan dibuat. Perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru masih berorientasi pada buku guru dan buku siswa. Pembelajaran di kelas juga sering kali belajar mengenai konsep kriya tanpa dibantu dengan kegiatan praktik untuk melatih keterampilan siswa dalam berkarya kriya tiga dimensi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, peneliti mencoba melakukan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran atau dalam Kurikulum Merdeka disebut modul ajar berbasis literasi visual untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa fase b sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Design and Development (D&D) dengan metode PPE (Planning, Production, Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Tahap planning atau tahap perencanaan, (2) Tahap production atau tahap produksi dan (3) Tahap evaluation atau tahap evaluasi. Produk yang telah selesai dikembangkan kemudian dilakukan penilaian dan perbaikan melalui validasi ahli. Lalu, produk diujicobakan kepada 15 siswa dan 1 guru untuk melihat tanggapan guru dan siswa terhadap modul ajar. Berdasarkan hasil validasi serta tanggapan guru dan siswa, dapat diasumsikan bahwa produk yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti sudah layak dan sesuai untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran kriya tiga dimensi di fase b sekolah dasar. Students make works with the same shape, design and color as their classmates. Students find it difficult to come up with ideas for their three-dimensional crafts. The learning tools used by teachers are still oriented to teacher books and student books. Learning in class is also often learning about craft concepts without being assisted by practical activities to train students' skills in creating three-dimensional crafts. To answer these problems, researchers try to develop learning tools or in the Merdeka Curriculum called “modul ajar” based on visual literacy to increase the creativity of phase b elementary school students. This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) research approach with the PPE (Planning, Production, Evaluation) method. This research was conducted through three stages, namely (1) planning stage, (2) production stage and (3) evaluation stage. The finished product was then assessed and improved through expert validation. Then, the product was tested on 15 students and 1 teacher to see the teacher and student responses to the teaching module. Based on the results of the validation as well as the responses of teachers and students, it can be assumed that the product that has been developed by the researcher is feasible and suitable for use in learning three-dimensional crafts in phase b elementary schools.
