Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Pop-Up Book terhadap kemampuan menyimak anak usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Kuasi Eksperimen (Eksperimen semu). Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 4 – 5, sejumlah 30 anak dengan masing – masing jumlah antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol 15 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Data di analisis menggunakan Uji - Normalitas, Uji – Homogenitas, Uji – T dan Uji N-Gain. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan anak berkembang dengan mengunakan pengujian N – Gain dengan hasil sebesar 0,212 pada kelas kontrol dengan kategori rendah serta pengujian N – Gain pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,612 dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian N-Gain tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa media Pop-Up Book dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menyimak anak yang cukup signifikan. ----- This study aims to determine the effect of Pop -Up Book media on the listening ability of children aged 4-5 years. This study uses a quantitative method using a quasi-experimental approach (quasi experiment). The subjects of this study were children aged 4-5, a total of 30 children with each number between the experimental class and the control class being 15 students. The data collection technique in this study was to use observation and documentation sheets. Data were analyzed using Test - Normality, Test - Homogeneity, Test - T and N-Gain Test. The results showed that children's abilities developed using the N-Gain test with a result of 0.212 in the low category control class and the N-Gain test in the experimental class of 0.612 in the medium category. Based on the results of the N-Gain test, it can be concluded that Pop-Up Book media can have a significant effect on children's listening skills.
