Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk model pengembangan karakter religius melalui program pembudayaan sekolah di SDIT At Taufiq Al Islamy. Pengembangan dan pembentukan karakter religius diyakini penting untuk dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk menjadi pijakan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan karakter. Model pengembangan karakter religius melalui program pembudayaa sehari-hari di sekolah ini merupakan langkah awal dalam membentuk mental dan juga karakter anak bangsa yang akan datang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan model pengembangan karakter religius yang dilakukan dalam program pembudayaan sekolah, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi pada hasil yang terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif analisis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, guru PAI guru kelas III dan guru kelas VI serta peserta didik usia sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalis dengan cara reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, adanya perencanaan pada model pengembangan karakter religius yang dilakukan di sekolah. Kedua, yaitu pelaksanaan model pengembangan karakter religius melalui program pembudayaan sekolah dengan berbagai program pembudayaan harian atau rutinan. Ketiga evaluasi terhadap model pengembangan karakter religius melalui program pembudayaan sekolah. Dengan adanya faktor pendukung diantaranya: orang tua dan dukungan masyarakat serta sarana dan prasarana. Sementara hambatannya yaitu setiap perkembangan peserta didik yang tidak sama dan lingkungan peserta didik yang berbeda. This study aims to determine the form of a model for developing religious character through the school acculturation program at SDIT At Taufiq Al Islamy. It is believed that the development and formation of religious character is important to be carried out by schools to become a basis for implementing character education. The model for developing religious character through the daily culture program at this school is the first step in shaping the mentality and character of the nation's future children. The purpose of this study is to reveal the model of developing religious character that is carried out in the school acculturation program, starting from planning, implementing and evaluating the results where there are supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is analysis descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were school principals, PAI teachers, class III teachers and class VI teachers, as well as elementary school age students. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data is analyzed by means of data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the research show that: First, there is planning on the model of developing religious character which is carried out in schools. Second, namely the implementation of a model of developing religious character through school acculturation programs with various daily or routine acculturation programs. The third is an evaluation of the model for developing religious character through the school culture program. With the supporting factors including: parents and community support as well as facilities and infrastructure. While the obstacles are that each student's development is not the same and the student's environment is different.
