Abstract

SMK Bina Wisata Lembang adalah sekolah kejuruan yang didalamnya terdiri dari beberapa jurusan salah satunya yaitu Administrasi Perkantoran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi dan pengetahuan yang lebih luas terkait implementasi model pembelajaran case based learning dan project based learning dalam kurikulum merdeka di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang pada program keahlian manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Gambaran penerapan model pembelajaran case based learning dan project based learning di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, dibuktikan dengan adanya kegiatan analisis pendahuluan atau beberapa langkah penting dalam pemilihan model pembelajaran. Dalam penerapan model case based learning dan project based learning di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang, guru memegang peranan yang sangat penting, yang tercermin dari latar belakang guru produktif dimana mayoritas lulusan sarjana pendidikan. Mata pelajaran program keahlian MPLB memiliki beberapa unsur yang dapat diterapkan melalui model pembelajaran case based learning dan project based learning, namun sebagian lainnya tidak. Hasil analisis SWOT, EFAS, dan IFAS menunjukkan bahwa SMK Bina Wisata Lembang dapat memanfaatkan rekomendasi strategi agresif dalam program kompetensi MPLB. SMK Bina Wisata Lembang is a vocational school which consists of several majors, one of which is Office Administration. The purpose of this study was to obtain broader information and knowledge related to the implementation of case-based learning and project-based learning models in the independent curriculum at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang in the office management skills program and business services. This research method uses a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The description of the application of case-based learning and project-based learning models at Bina Wisata Lembang Vocational School has been well implemented, as evidenced by the existence of preliminary analysis activities or several important steps in selecting learning models. In the application of case-based learning and project-based learning models at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang, teachers play a very important role, which is reflected in the productive teacher background where the majority of graduates are graduates of education. The MPLB expertise program subjects have several elements that can be applied through case-based learning and project-based learning models, but some do not. The results of the SWOT, EFAS, and IFAS analysis show that SMK Bina Wisata Lembang can utilize aggressive strategy recommendations in the MPLB competency program.
