Abstract

Karakter seperti moral dan akhlak dapat di lihat dari interaksi atau sikap anak terhadap Guru di sekolah, Orang tua di rumah dan kepada masyarakat disekitar anak. Jika pendidikan karakter tidak diterapkan kemungkinan timbulnya permasalahan seperti anak-anak akan sulit dalam menyaring tindakan-tindakan yang benar maupun salah. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya stimulus agar pembiasaan baik mengenai karakter rasa ingin tahu anak muncul sebagai wujud dari karakter betah di imah pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur karakter rasa ingin tahu anak sebagai wujud dari karakter betah di imah melalui tari kreatif anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitain ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di kabupaten Purwakarta, Jawa Barat dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 anak Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data yang menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan melalui tari kreatif berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan karakter rasa ingin tahu anak sebagai wujud dari karakter betah di imah anak usia 5-6 tahun. Kata kunci: Karakter Betah di Imah, Karakter Rasa Ingin Tahu Anak, Pembelajaran Tari Kreatif, Anak Usia Dini. ----- Characters such as morals and morals can be seen from the interactions or attitudes of children towards teachers at school, parents at home and to the community around children. If character education is not implemented it is possible that problems will arise such as children will find it difficult to filter out right and wrong actions. For this reason, a stimulus is needed so that good habituation regarding the character of children's curiosity appears as a manifestation of the character of feeling at home in children aged 5-6 years. The purpose of this study was to measure the character of children's curiosity as a manifestation of the character of feeling at home through the creative dance of children aged 5-6 years. Based on the results of the research, data was obtained showing that activities through creative dance had an effect on the development of the character of children's curiosity as a form of feeling at character betah di imah of children aged 5-6 years.
