Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode hypnoteaching teknik stop terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X dalam mata pelajaran dasar-dasar perhotelan pada jurusan akomodasi perhotelan di SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi. Masalah yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran dasar – dasar perhotelan. Kemudian dalam penelitian ini akan diberi perlakuan metode hypnoteaching teknik stop terhadap siswa dengan tujuan apakah dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa atau tidak. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan motivasi belajar siswa setelah dilakukan metode hypnoteaching teknik stop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif quasi eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pre-respond dan post-respond dengan menggunakan uji N – Gain skor dan uji paired sample test nilai rata – rata setelah diberi perlakuan meningkat dari 47,71 menjadi 65,56. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut metode hypnoteaching teknik stop mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. This study aims to determine the effect of the stop technique hypnoteaching method on increasing the learning motivation of class X students in the basics of hospitality subject in the hospitality accommodation department at SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi. The problem that becomes the background of this research is the lack of student motivation in the basic subjects of hospitality. Then in this study students will be treated with the stop technique hypnoteaching method with the aim of whether it can increase student learning motivation or not. In this study, students' learning motivation will be explained after the hypnoteaching method of the stop technique is carried out. The research method used is a quasi-experimental quantitative approach. Based on the results of the pre-respond and post-respond data analysis using the N – Gain score test and paired sample test the average value after being given treatment increased from 47.71 to 65.56. Based on these results the stop technique hypnoteaching method is able to increase student learning motivation.
