Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KREATIF MELALUI MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS (Penelitian di Kelas IV SDN Dukuh Semar 2 pada Materi Keunikan Kebiasaan Masyarakat di Sekitarku) Oleh Fadia Tri Ananda 1900070 Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan agar memahami bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa berkembang dengan memakai model pembelajaran PBL. Berdasarkan temuan dari kesimpulan wawancara dengan guru kelas IV SDN Dukuh Semar 2 Kota Cirebon ditemukan permasalahan yaitu kesulitan siswa dalam mengungkapkan pendapatnya secara jelas dan terorganisir, partisipasi siswa yang kurang karena tidak adanya rasa percaya diri untuk mengemukakan pendapat dan solusi terhadap suatu permasalahan terutama pada pembelajaran IPS yang mengajarkan siswa untuk bisa memberikan solusi. Dalam mencari solusi dibutuhkan pemikiran yang kreatif agar siswa bisa menyelesaikan permasalahannya. Untuk mendapatkan solusi atas permasalahan yang muncul, pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan model problem based learning dalam pembelajaran IPS. Jenis penelitian ini memakai metode fenomenologi dan bersifat kualitatif. Siswa kelas IV SDN Dukuh Semar 2 sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada data kualitatif didapatkan melalui lembar observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yang sangat baik, dari perencanaan pembelajaran yang berbasis PBL, pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah sesuai dengan sintak PBL dan evaluasi pembelajaran sesuai dengan model PBL yang mengarahkan siswa untuk berpikir kreatif. Lalu, hampir semua siswa mampu memenuhi indikator keaslian dan keluwesan, sebagian besar siswa mampu memenuhi indikator elaborasi, dan hampir setengah siswa mampu memenuhi indikator kelancaran. Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini adalah harus bisa menggunakan model PBL yang lebih menarik lagi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran untuk bisa mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning, Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF CREATIVE THINKING SKILLS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODELS IN SOCIAL STUDIES SUBJECTS (Research in Grade IV SDN Dukuh Semar 2 on the Unique Habits of the People Around Me) by Fadia Tri Ananda 1900070 This research was carried out with the aim of understanding how students' creative thinking skills develop by using the PBL learning model. Based on the findings from the conclusions of interviews with fourth grade teachers at SDN Dukuh Semar 2 Cirebon City, problems were found, namely students' difficulties in expressing their opinions clearly and organized, lack of student participation due to lack of confidence to express opinions and solutions to a problem, especially in social studies learning that teaches students to be able to provide solutions. In finding solutions, creative thinking is needed so that students can solve their problems. To get solutions to problems that arise, learning is done using a problem-based learning model in social studies learning. This type of research uses phenomenological methods and is qualitative in nature. Grade IV students at SDN Dukuh Semar 2 as research subjects. The data collection used in qualitative data was obtained through observation sheets, interviews and documentation with a phenomenological research design. The results of the study show that the implementation of learning is very good, from learning planning based on PBL, the implementation of learning is in accordance with the PBL syntax and learning evaluation is according to the PBL model which directs students to think creatively. Then, almost all students were able to meet the originality and flexibility indicators, most students were able to meet the elaboration indicators, and almost half of the students were able to meet the fluency indicators. The recommendation in this study is to be able to use a more interesting PBL model in learning activities to be able to develop students' creative thinking skills.
