Abstract

lakangi masalah bahwa pada saat bertanding untuk meraih prestasi yang tinggi tidak cukup hanya dengan fisik,teknik dan taktik saja, tetapi mental juga berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian tinggi rendahnya prestasi yang diperoleh atlet. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keputusan wasit dengan motivasi berpretasi atlet pada permainan sepakbola. . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Purposive Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang wasit dan siswa Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) berjumlah 30 orang yang diambil dari 6 SSB yang ada di Kota Bandung dan terbagi menjadi 5 orang dari setiap SSB tersebut. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket atau kuesioner yang mengukur variabel pemberian keputusan wasit dan motivasi berprestasi. Hasil analisis data dengan t hitung (24,238) yang lebih besar dari t-tabel pada tingkat kepercayaan atau tarif signifikansi α = 0,05 dengan dk (n-2) = 28 harga t (0,95) dari daftar distribusi t diperoleh 1,70. Kriteria pengujian adalah, tolak H0 jika t t1-α. Maka t hitung berada pada daerah penerimaan, jadi H0 ditolak. Jadi, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keputusan wasit dengan motivasi berprestasi atlet pada permainan sepakbola. Dengan demikian maka kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keputusan wasit dengan motivasi berprestasi. Implikasi hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setiap keputusan wasit dapat mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi atlet pada saat bertanding. Saran yang dapat penulis kemukakan berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian adalah bagi para wasit sebagai pemimpin dalam sebuah pertandingan sepakbola supaya lebih adil, tegas dan tepat dalam memberikan sebuah keputusan baik itu dalam hal memutuskan suatu pelanggaran ataupun gol yang terjadi selama pertandingan berlangsung, karena kepemimpinan wasit dalam suatu pertandingan dapat membantu dalam peningkatan prestasi olahraga tersebut. * Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga FPOK-UPI Angkatan 2006. Aries Asep Nurdian Ramdani * The problem is the reference in this study is whether there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation referee's decision with athletes in the sport of football. It is in the background backs on a problem that when competing for high achievement is not enough just to physical, techniques and tactics course, but mentally also affect the achievement of high and low achievements of athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the referee's decision with the motivation berpretasi athletes in the sport of football. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 30 people referees and students School Football (SSB) amount to 30 people taken from 6 SSB in the city of Bandung and divided into 5 people from each of the SSB. The instruments used in this study is a questionnaire or a questionnaire that measured variables of the referee's decision and achievement motivation. The results of data analysis with t count (24.238) is greater than t-table at the confidence level or rate of α = 0.05 significance with dk (n-2) = 28 t price (0.95) of t obtained a distribution list, 70. Testing criteria is, reject H0 if t t1-α. Then t count in the region of acceptance, so H0 is rejected. So, there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation referee's decision with athletes in the sport of football. Thus, the conclusions of this study are the following significant relationship exists between the referee's decision with achievement motivation. Implications of the research results show that any umpire's decision may affect achievement motivation athlete on the pitch. Advice that can be related to the writer suggested the research results are for the referee as a leader in a football game to make it more fair, firm and precise in giving a decision in terms of deciding whether a violation occurred or that goal during the game progresses, because the leadership of the referee in a matches can assist in improving performance in sports such. * Students Education Program coaching UPI Sports FPOK-Force 2006.
