Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Dengan Good Corporate Governance (Gcg) Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Periode 2018-2020”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengujian dan analisis secara empiris pengaruh profitabilitas pada nilai perusahaan yang dimoderasi dengan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate Dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2020. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif Eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi. Terdapat tiga poin utama yang merupakan hasil dari penelitian ini. Yang pertama, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate Dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020, artinya semakin tinggi profitabilitas perusahaan maka akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate Dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Kedua, GCG dapat memoderasi hubungan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate Dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020, artinya peningkatan profitabilitas perusahaan dengan di dukung adanya penerapan GCG pada perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate Dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020 maka akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Kemudian yaqng ke tiga, GCG memperkuat hubungan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate Dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020, artinya peningkatan profitabilitas perusahaan dengan di dukung pelaksaaan mekanisme GCG yang memadai akan lebih meningkatkan nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Sektor Properti, Real Estate Dan Kontruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan, Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This research is entitled "The Effect of Profitability on Company Value During the Covid-19 Pandemic With Good Corporate Governance (GCG) As Moderating Variable for the 2018-2020 Period". The purpose of this study is to empirically test and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value moderated by Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. This type of research uses the Quantitative Explanatory method. The data collection technique used in this research is a documentation study. There are three main points that are the results of this study. First, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period, meaning that the higher the profitability of the company, the higher the company value in the Property, Real Estate and Building Constructionlisted on the IDX for the period 2018-2020. Second, GCG can moderate the relationship between profitability and company value in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period, meaning that the company's profitability increases with the support of the implementation of GCG in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector companies that listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period, it will increase the value of the company. Then thirdly, GCG strengthens the relationship between profitability and company value in the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period, meaning that increasing company profitability supported by the implementation of adequate GCG mechanisms will further increase company value in the company.sectors Real Estate and Building Construction.
