Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman peserta didik pada materi pecahan karena peserta didik masih bingung bahkan salah dalam menyelesaikan soal terkait pecahan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Problem Based Learning Pada Materi Pecahan Untuk Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Design and development (D&D) yang melalui lima tahap, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi yang dapat disingkat menjadi ADDIE. Pengembangan desain lembar kerja peserta didik, dilakukan oleh peneliti yang disusun secara sitematis dengan bagian sampul depan, identitas lembar kerja, kata pengantar, daftar isi, deskripsi lembar kerja peserta didik, petunjuk penggunaan lembar kerja peserta didik, pemetaan kompetensi dasar, tujuan pembelajaran, identitas peserta didik, aktivitas 1 sampai 5 dengan menerarapkan model problem based learning, biodata pengembang, daftar pustaka, dan sampul akhir. Lembar kerja peserta didik juga dilengkapi dengan play dough dan spidol warna yang ketika digunakan dibuku dapat ditulis dan dihapus kembali. Hasil penilaian validasi ahli yang dilakukan terhadap ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa dan praktisi lapangan yaitu guru kelas III Sekoah Dasar berupa angket dengan skala rata-rata 0,9 dengan interpretasi layak. Lembar kerja siswa diimplementasikan pada siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar melaui post test. Berdasarkan implementasi yang telah dilakukan kepada peserta didik dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk LKPD berbasis problem based learning ini dapat membantu peserta didik mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yaitu memahami konsep pecahan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil post test yang dilakukan peserta didik, dimana hasil rata-rata nilai post test adalah 81. Dimana sebelumnya 7 dari 26 peserta didik saja yang dapat menyelesaikan soal-soal terkait pecahan. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pengembangan lembar kerja siswa berbasis problem based learning ini layak untuk digunakan peserta didik dalam memahami materi pecahan kelas III Sekolah Dasar. This research is motivated by the low understanding of students in fractional material because students are still confused and even wrong in solving problems related to fractions. Based on these problems, this study aims to develop student worksheets based on problem based learning on fraction material for grade III elementary school students. The method used in this research is the Design and Development (D&D) method which goes through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation which can be abbreviated as ADDIE. Development of student worksheet designs, carried out by researchers arranged systematically with front cover, worksheet identity, preface, table of contents, description of student worksheets, instructions for using student worksheets, mapping of basic competencies, learning objectives, student identity, activities 1 to 5 by applying the problem based learning model, developer biodata, bibliography, and final cover. Student worksheets are also equipped with play dough and colored markers which when used in the book can be written on and erased again. The results of the expert validation assessment carried out on material experts, media experts, linguists and field practitioners, namely class III elementary school teachers in the form of a questionnaire with an average scale of 0.9 with a proper interpretation. Student worksheets are implemented in class III elementary school students through a post test. Based on the implementation that has been done to students, it can be concluded that problem based learning worksheet products can help students achieve learning objectives, namely understanding the concept of fractions. This can be seen from the results of the post test conducted by the students, where the average post test score was 81. Previously, only 7 out of 26 students were able to solve questions related to fractions. Thus it can be said that the development of student worksheets based on problem based learning is feasible for students to use in understanding fractional material for class III elementary schools.
