Abstract
Sistem peminjaman fasilitas umum khususnya barang di UPI Kampus Cibiru termasuk Program Studi Pendidikan Multimedia saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Dengan cara konvensional seperti itu, dapat mengakibatkan beberapa kendala seperti keterlambatan data dan informasi, data mudah hilang dan rusak, hingga membutuhkan banyak ruang tempat untuk penyimpanan data peminjaman. Maka dari itu, diperlukannya sistem informasi untuk memudahkan kegiatan peminjaman barang tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi peminjaman barang berbasis website yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk mempermudah pengolahan data administrasi terkait pemakaian dan peminjaman barang yang terdapat di Program Studi Pendidikan Multimedia UPI Kampus Cibiru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall yang memiliki 5 (lima) tahapan. Tahap pertama, Requirements Analysis berupa analisis terhadap kebutuhan sistem dan kebutuhan user. Tahap kedua, Design berupa pembuatan Use Case Diagram (UCD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Level 0, dan perancangan interface atau wireframe. Tahap ketiga, Development berupa pembuatan database serta penulisan pengkodean hingga siap di uji. Tahap keempat, Testing dengan menguji validitas sistem informasi oleh user admin menggunakan metode black box dan mahasiswa menggunakan metode usability testing. Tahap terakhir, Implementation & Maintenance dilakukan dengan cara perawatan dalam skala waktu tertentu untuk menjaga performa website dan merealisasikannya catatan dari validator user admin untuk penambahan fitur sebagai bentuk dari pengembangan sistem informasi Gudang Pedia. Hasil uji validitas dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi Gudang Pedia dinyatakan sangat valid dan layak digunakan. Selain itu, hasil usability testing Gudang Pedia memiliki interpretasi sangat tinggi. ----- The system of borrowing public facilities, especially goods at UPI Campus Cibiru, including the Multimedia Education Study Program, is currently still being carried out conventionally. In such a conventional way, it can cause several problems such as delays in data and information, data is easily lost and damaged, so that it requires a lot of space for storing loan data. Therefore, an information system is needed to facilitate the lending of these goods. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based information system for lending goods that can be used as an alternative to facilitate administrative data processing related to the use and borrowing of goods contained in the UPI Campus Multimedia Education Study Program. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model which has 5 (five) stages. The first stage is Requirements Analysis which is an analysis of system requirements and user needs. The second stage is Design consists of making Use Case Diagrams (UCD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Level 0 Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and designing interfaces or wireframes. The third stage is Development in the form of creating a database and writing coding until it is ready to be tested. The fourth stage is Testing by testing the validity of the information system with the admin user using the black box method and students using the usability testing method. The last stage, Implementation & Maintenance is carried out by means of maintenance within a certain time scale to maintain website performance and realize it. Notes from the validator user admin for additional features as a form of developing the Gudang Pedia information system. The results of the validity test of this study are that the Gudang Pedia information system is declared very valid and feasible to use. In addition, the results of the usability testing of Gudang Pedia have a very high interpretation.
