Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai belum optimalnya pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa Kelas X OTKP pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dari tingkat motivasi belajar, lingkungan sekolah, prestasi belajar dan pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Gagne. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menyebarkan angket model skala likert. Jumlah responden 46 siswa Kelas X OTKP di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sedang, variabel lingkungan sekolah berada pada kategori sedang dan variabel prestasi belajar berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Kelas X OTKP di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung, Kata Kunci : motivasi belajar, lingkungan sekolah, prestasi belajar. This study examines the not yet maximal achievement of student achievement in Class X OTKP in Correspondence Subjects at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. The purpose of this study to describe the level of learning motivation, school environment, learning achievement and an influence of learning motivation and school environment on learning achievement. The theory used is Gagne’s Learning Theory. This research method uses an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale model. The total population is 46 respondents of Class X OTKP at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. The data analysis technique used a multiple regression. Based on the results of the study, the learning motivation variable was in the moderate category, the school environment was in the moderate category and the learning achievement variable was in the medium category. From the results of hypothesis testing shows that learning motivation and school environment have a positive and significant effect on student achievement in Class X OTKP at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung.
